况且每个学生对新知识得接受能力都是不同的，有的可能当堂就已经有很深的印象，很难忘记，但这肯定是很少的。
大部分学生都只能是初步接触了新知识，要真正接受新知识还要学生在课后多下功夫，不然肯定会和别的同学拉下差距。
那么在课后学生到底该怎么做才能把其余的60%补回来呢？学好英语，不外乎就是在听、说、读、写这些方面下功夫。

因为英语单词的数量之多，掌握一定的方法和技巧来记单词是十分必要的。
第二，要有一本够用的词典。
词典是最好的老师。
这里说的词典不是电子词典。
了词典还要学会用词典和养成查词典的习惯。
第三，注重口语和听力练习，养成背诵和广泛阅读的习惯。
口语和听力是我们学习弱项。
要解决它们，首先是要重视口语课和听力课;其次是在课后进行大量的口语和听力练习。
第四，预习和复习。
学习好外语预习和复习一个都不能少。
通常需要我们认真预习的课程有精读课，泛读课，作文课。

2、练习

我在家里一般做一些阅读理解、听力等的练习题。
原来我做这些题都需要许多时间，现在每次做这些练习题只需要较少的时间就行了。
这次期末考试我也从中尝到了甜头。
3、语法
写英语作文最离不开的就是语法了。
单词通过正确的语法连接起来就是句子。
如果离开了语法，写出来的作文就是中式英语。
所以说语法也是很重要的。
让我们掌握好语法，说标准的英语。
4、听读和背诵
就像我们学习语文一样，多听、多读、多背诵，语文才能学好，学英语也是一样。
多听，可以锻炼我们的听力和反应能力;多读，不仅学习了英语也开阔了我们的视野;多背诵，让我们出口成章。
