摘要

随着我国现代工业的飞速发展,机械无级变速器的适用范围广,采用无级变速器,尤其是配合减速传动时进一步扩大其变速范围与输出转矩,能更好适应各种机械的工况要求,使之效能最佳。在提高产品的产量与质量,适应变速需要,节约能源,实现整个系统的机械化、自动化等各方面皆具有显著的效果,故无级变速器目前已成为一种基本的通用传动型式,应用于纺织、轻工、食品、包装、化工、机床、起重运输、矿山冶金、工程、农业、国防及实验等各类机械,已开发有各种类型并已系列化生产。因此可见研究重载领域中的无级变速器对于我国的重工业发展有着重要的意义。

设计的变速器其特点是:双输入,通过机械行星齿轮机构耦合单输出,以调节其中一个小功率输入来达到对输出的调节,从而能起到,减少耗费,节省能源和成本的效果,是一种用于重载领域行星式无级变速器。

本文主要介绍了机械式行星无级变速器的概述及其方案的确定、变速器主要参数的选择与主要零件的设计、变速器齿轮的强度计算与材料的选择、变速器轴的强度计算与校核。

Abstract

With the rapid development of modern industry in China,the application of the mechanical stepless transmission is range. Adopts stepless transmission, especially with reduction drive which can further enlarge its range of variable speed and output torque, it also can better adapt to the working condition of mechanical requirements,make the efficiency of the best. As in improving yield and quality of products, meet the needs of variable speed, save energy and realize mechanization, automation and so on various aspects of the whole system, it has significant effect. So the stepless transmission has become a basic universal transmission type, used in textile, light industry, food, packaging, chemicals, machine tools, lifting the transport, mining, metallurgy, engineering, agriculture, national defence and test and other kinds of machinery, it has developed various types and has set up a series production. Thus it can be seen, the research in the field of overloading stepless transmission has important significance to the development of heavy industry in our country.

The features of the transmission that we designed are: double input, single output, planetary gears by mechanical coupling to adjust one of the small power input to the output adjustment, which can play, and reduce the cost, save energy and cost effect, is a kind of planet type stepless transmission used for the field of overloading.

This article mainly introduced the overview of mechanical planetary stepless transmission and its solution, the selection of transmission main parameters and the design of main parts, the strength calculation of gears with the material selection, strength calculation and checking of the transmission shaft.
