1. Introduction & Purpose介绍&目的

Fujian job site, due to its geographical location may be subject to both typhoon and rainstorm

disasters. To cope with these potential this document addresses the preparation for and reaction to four separate scenarios (situations) 因为其地理位置的特殊性，福建现场可能经常会遭受到台风和风暴的袭击。为了应付这些潜在的风

险，本文件说明了在四种情况下如何采取准备和应对措施。

1) Design environment to eliminate or reduce the probability of a disaster.

设计环境以排除和降低灾害和可能性。

2) Develop plans and operational procedures to address the specific needs in preparing for

disasters.

3) Implement these plans before and during a typhoon period.
