基于TRIZ的产品创新设计研究

摘要

不断的进行技术创新,是企业能够快速持久发展的保障。在众多的创新法中,前苏联G.S.Altshuller提出的发明问题解决理论(TRIZ)得到了广泛的应用。TRIZ 理论将设计理论和方法有效结合起来,使设计过程具体化,可以缩短创新设计周期。在计算机技术高度发达的今天,计算机辅助创新将多个领域的知识有机地综合起来,更加有助于设计者进行技术创新。论文首先介绍了TRIZ的定义、基本原理及其基本内容,提出了新的TRIZ体系图,体系图包含了TRIZ的主要研究内容,并且表达出各研究内容之间的内在联系。为了形象的描述运用TRIZ解决问题的步骤,提出了TRIZ解决问题流程图,该流程图能够使设计者甚至对TRIZ 不太熟悉的设计者更快的找到解决问题的方法,加快技术创新的发展。

Abstract

Constant technical innovation,is the enterprise can quickly the guarantee of the lasting development. In numerous innovative method,the former Soviet union G.S.A ltshuller the invention of the proposed theory of problem solving (TRIZ) has been widely used. TRIZ theory combine design theory and method is effective,shape design process,innovation can shorten the design cycle. In today's highly developed computer technology,computer aided innovation will organically combine multiple areas of knowledge,more help to the designer for technical innovation. Paper first introduces the definition,basic principle and basic content of TRIZ,puts forward a new system of TRIZ diagram,system diagram contains the main research content of TRIZ,and express the inner link between the research content. To the description of the image using the TRIZ the steps to solve the problem,put forward the flow chart of TRIZ solution,the flowchart allows designers to TRIZ even less familiar designer to find the methods to solve the problem faster,speed up the development of technology innovation.
