第七章人际关系第一节人际关系的概念一、人际关系的概念（一）人际关系的含义人际关系(interpersonal relationship)是指人与人之间通过直接交往形成起来的相互之间的情感联系。
这种联系是交往所产生的情感的积淀，是人与人之间相对稳定的情感纽带。
关系一经形成，就会作为进一步相互作用的背景和导向系统，对后续的交往形成定向性影响。
（二）人际关系与社会角色关系从联系的角度说，一方面，人生来就被被置于一个特定位置并承担一定角色，并开始在一定的社会关系之中生活。
另一方面，任何人在与别人发生交往时，由于先定性的社会位置的限制和社会角色的束缚，都不可能还原成为没有社会角色概念的一个抽象的人，其与别人的交往和由此形成的情感关系，都必定受到其所处的社会位置和所担负的社会角色影响。
从区别的角度说，社会角色关系的基本指向，是人与人之间通过交往合作而履行社会角色，执行个人的社会职能。

是指护理人员在护理活动中建立起来的 与患者、保健对象之间的人际关系。 是所有关系中的核心。

护患关系(nurse-patient relationship) 是指护理人员在护理活动中建立起来的
在平等合作的基础上，护患双方具有大致 同等的主动性和权利，共同参与护理方案、 措施的决策和实施。
此模式适用于慢性病病人或受过良好教育 的病人。

护患冲突和调试
冲突：是指个体之间、个体与群体之间存在 的互不相容、互相排斥的一种矛盾的表现 形式。
护患冲突：医疗实践中护患双方在诊疗护理 过程中，由于为了自身利益，对某些医疗 行为、方法、态度及后果等存在认识、理 解上的分歧，以致发生争执或对抗，其核 心问题是利益冲突。
三、影响护患关系的因素
