近几年,市经济发展迅速,城市私家车的数量逐年增加,道路交通压力越来越大,导致人们的出行效率降低,道路交通拥堵问题成为市急需解决的问题。作为市智能交通系统的一个重要部分,交通信息服务的到了一定发展,但是仍然存在所发布的信息缺乏多样性,人们无法获取实时的交通信息等问题,导致人们出行存在盲目性,增加了人们的出行成本。及时、准确的交通信息可以帮助人们选择合适的出行的方式、出行时间、诱导人们选择最佳交通路线,从而使出行者避免交通拥堵,减少出行时间。市出行者信息服务平台利用信息发布平台推送给相关信息传播媒介,出行者可以通过传播媒介获取交通实时信息,合理安排出行,最终达到避免交通拥堵的目的。

本文首先论述了智能交通系统的相关理论,介绍了市交通现状、城市智能交通系统发展现状、指出市在信息服务方面存在的不足,并提出解决方案。其次,介绍国内外出行者信息服务平台的发展历程,市建立该平台可借鉴的经验。通过采用资料搜集的方法并结合市的特点进行需求分析,并研究市交通信息的采集方式与发布手段,提出改进对策。最后,设计市出行者信息服务平台框架体系,并设计相应模块的功能及其功能模块图。最后提出计算市交通拥堵指数所采用的数学模型,并对此算法进行数据应用,分析其可行性。关键字:

Abstract

In recent years, the economic development of Guiyang is rapid, the number of private cars in the city has increased year by year, the road traffic pressure is becoming more and more large, the travel efficiency of people is reduced, and the problem of road traffic congestion has become

an urgent problem for Guiyang.As an important part of Guiyang Intelligent Transportation system, traffic information service has been developed to a certain extent, but there is still a lack of diversity of published information.People cannot obtain real-time traffic information and other problems, resulting in people’s blind travel, increasing people’s travel cost. Timely and accurate traffic information can help people choose the right way to travel, travel time, induce people to choose the best traffic route, so that travelers can avoid traffic congestion and reduce travel time.Guiyang traveler information service platform uses the information publishing platform to send to the relevant information media, travelers can obtain real-time traffic information through the media, reasonable travel arrangements, and finally achieve the purpose of avoiding traffic congestion.

This paper first discusses the related theories of intelligent transportation system, introduces the present situation of Guiyang City traffic, the development status of urban intelligent transportation system, points out the shortcomings of Guiyang City in information service, and puts forward some solutions.Secondly, this paper introduces the development of the information service platform at home and abroad, and the experience of building the platform in Guiyang. By using the method of data collection and combining with the characteristics of Guiyang, this paper analyzes the demand, and studies the ways and means of the collection of Guiyang transportation information, and puts forward some suggestions for improvement.Finally, the framework system of Guiyang traveler information service platform is designed, and the functions of the corresponding modules are designed.A mathematical model for calculating the traffic congestion index of Guiyang is put forward, and the feasibility of this algorithm is analyzed.
