我的汇报将从以下两方面着手。
一、学科教学方面。
英语是一门既简单又复杂的学科。
说它简单是因为英语教学任务少,就是激发学生学习兴趣,让学生学会运用常用单词和用语。
而说它复杂也是因为它要求激发学生兴趣,帮助学生记忆单词和常用语。
英语要记忆的单词多。
为了帮助学生学习记忆单词,我在教学中采用直观记忆法,比如在学习三单元水果时我会尽量带市场上可以买到的水果,让学生看着水果说单词记单词,即使没有买到我也会在网上找到图片让学生感受(ppt)。
我还会鼓励学生画水果,边画水果边读单词。
为了让学生积极记忆我还设计了不同的游戏环节。
比如在学国家名时,学生容易混淆,我就设计了画国旗、抢拍国旗、国家名以及国旗蹲等活动。
(ppt)通过抢拍国旗及国旗蹲活动,学生不仅可以学习国家名,而且可以认识各国国旗。
在学习常用语时,我采用口诀记忆法,我会运用学生熟悉的let’s chant或let’s sing(ppt)把要求记忆的常用语带入其中,让学生更方便也更乐于记忆。
通过这些活动,我发现与单纯的记忆相比,学生们的热情、记忆的积极性提高了,上英语课的积极度也有了很大提高。
有时候有的班下午上课,学生就会不乐意地和我说,咱们下午才上啊。
但是,这些活动也只是提高了他们上课的积极性,为了进一步督促学生记忆,我又
为学生设计了小组竞猜活动,学生以小组为单位,一个比划一个猜,在相同时间内猜出单词最少的小组失败并接受惩罚。
猜出最多的小组获胜。
以小组为单位,既可以帮助学生记忆单词,又可以增强学生的集体荣誉感,在小组成员之间形成一种互相督促的力量。
英语还是一个重要的文化传播工具,在学习第一单元时可以向学生渗透文化知识。
在教学过程中普及思想:来自世界各国的小朋友可以互为朋友、相互了解、相互尊重。
并适时地向学生介绍涉及国家打招呼的方式。
以此来增强学生文化意识,培养学生英语学习兴趣。
二、学生管理方面。
作为一名新教师,在学生管理方面也仍处于摸索阶段。
四年级的学生刚刚接触英文字母书写,在书写格式杂乱无章,写句子时不注意单词间空隙等问题诸多。
我便教学生写单词时将作业本两次对折一分为四,每行写四个单词(ppt)。
在句子书写方面我会在学生的作业本上给书写有问题的学生亲笔做示范(ppt),以帮助学生养成良好的习惯。
而且我注重与学生的情感交流,虽然我不是班主任,但我明白只有与学生打好感情基础,学生才能爱上我,爱上英语。
我们知道,学生都是喜欢表扬的,因此我多采取鼓励的方法刺激激励学习差的孩子们。
比如,我会在学生作业本上写“你最近有进步了”“你很认真,老师很喜欢你”(ppt)等,与学生进行隐形的情感交流。
在处理一些特别顽皮的学生时,(ppt)我会抓住亮点表扬他们,并邀请全班为他们鼓掌。
以此增强他们自信。
利用心理战术,使他们感受到老师同学的爱,以致他们在课上不再捣乱。
