重点语言结构选用了will 和shall表示的动词一般将来时,因为这种时态常用于天气预报。
同时复习了be going to等句型。
本单元还集中学习了表示方向的单词,如north, northeast等。
本单元四课的听、说、读、写活动无一不是围绕中心话题“天气”的。
lesson 45 由日期开始谈到天气,用一组插图引出描写天气的形容词,并发出感叹,介绍了how cold it is!what a cold day!还用it’s going to be/ get …说明天气的变化,很自然地复习了形容词的比较等级形式。

教学大纲中只是要求学生在本课时里学会简单地描绘天气状况,但在设计中,我在完成课本内容的基础上再给学生进行适当的拓展,利用任务型活动,让学生在网络搜索当前各大城市的天气,复习已学词汇;让学生更深层次地学习如何在不同的天气下进行生活。
4、在语言教学中注意了文化意识的渗透。
教学中利用课件中向学生展示各个城市的著名的、或标志性的建筑,让学生在学习英语的过程中感受国外的风情,增长见识,将世界带入课堂。
5、信息技术与英语学科一次很好的整合。
本课不仅仅实现了信息技术与英语学科整合,还在在语言教学中融合自然学科的知识,体现了学科整合的思想。

1.能听懂并会用What' s the weather like? It' s cold/hot.等句型进行问答对话,掌握课文中出现的生词。
2.引导学生关注天气,注意适时穿衣,不得病或少得病。
二、教学内容词汇:city weather different sunny hot rain cold句型:What' s the weather like?It ' s sunny and hot.It s cold/hot.三、教学活动让学生两人一组进行对话练习,加深学生记忆力。
课前准备教师课前需要准备单词卡片和有关天气情况的图片。
四、教学过程。
1. Warm-up.上课了,老师以今天天气炎热为话题,以歌曲《What' s the weather like today?》导入新课。
2.合理过渡。
(1)教师可出示预先准备的有关天气情况的图片,如wind, snow, rain等,(2)教师向学生展示sunny, rain , hot,cold的单词卡片。
先教学生认读,然后让学生跟读。
(3)待学生会读并认识这几个单词后,让学生相互间轮流用What' s the weather like ? It' s sunny and hot.等句型进行问答对话练习五、布置作业:让学生对最近一周天气进行观察,记录下每天的天气情况, 制作成表格六、教学评析本节课采用学生喜闻乐见的游戏形式,主要考查学生的听力能力,并根据指令进行互动的能力。
教师可以根据教学内容,引导学生积极参与,培养学生的团队精神和合作的能力。
七、教学反思这节课的语言点比较简单,但实用性强,教学过程中强调自然流畅,结合游戏教学,开拓了学生的英语思维,帮助学生灵活的运用语言,收到了较好的教学效果。
