(二)正文正文是商务信函的主体,叙述商务往来联系的实质问题。
正文写作要求内容单纯,一文一事,文字简明,事实有据,行文礼貌。

开头的问候语是商务信函必不可少的,即发信人对收信人打招呼的礼貌问候语。
