When the cold wind comes,the grasses and flowers become wither and wither,God puts new look into the nature park.Here comes the winter. Meanwhile,It is the forth time for me to make a summary.It is certain to say that making a summary of each month is a good way to look back on your internship of each month,such as what you suffer,how you deal with troubles,what you get. In my opinion,all the experience you went through would be one of your fortune,and rich you more and more intelligent and sophisticated.

There are two things I want to mention in this summary.The first one is the prise of the competition of standard-based English Assessment for Schools had been in my hand .Our principal Mr.Peng thought hight of me and my students.He congratulated and celebrated us on this wonderful result of the competition of standard-based English Assessment for Schools in the meeting on Monday .According to the news,I and my students were "stars"in the camp.The result of the competition of standard-based English Assessment for Schools this time has been the best one that students in this school gained since 2008. Y es, I was satisfied with the result as well as my students. My students all considered it as a more than difficulty test before. But they would like to have a try,and never give up, no matter what they met.I was inspired of them.Look back those day we studied together ,we missed them very much.Where there is a will there is a way. Nothing is impossible.I think all the troubles we met were a fortune for us,especially,my students,including those one who were not in the prise list.The prises,the flowers,the congratulations ,the clapping

belong to the one who is hard working.

The second one I want to talk about here is the mistake I made when I gave a lesson to my students.I thank all the things here ,deeply.As an intern English teacher in ZhenKou primary .Though it is a small school,it has a long history .I wonder if it is because its long history,I become crazy about everything here.The old trees ,the old walls and so on.Therefor,I like wondering around the camp .It was a sunny day,I did not want to give lessons.So,I went for a walk ,hearing the loud voices of students reading.Then the cabin in the school yard came into my eyes.I move to it,open the door.To my surprise ,there is an old library,virtually,it is just a small room which store books and notebooks used by teachers,including some assignments made by students.I picked up some of them,turned on. Almostly,they are old ,what is more, some of them fell apart with werid smell and dust,however,every book are full of notes writing by red and black pens.The notes made by teachers and the writing trace are clear.Each lesson,each page is full of notes written with black and red pen .At that moment,I was astonished.There was a question-storm in my brain.How the teachers made that,how they insisted for so long,how they could do those carefully?The teachers' sweats and tears were proved by those writing trace,absolutely.How careful they were!.Seeing the whole trace including punctuation ,I could imagine the hard working of teachers.They must spent much time to make teaching plan before they gave a lesson to theire students. These were teachers,those were the teachers' work. I though and though ,as a would-be teacher,I was not worthy of the name of teacher.It is different from a intern teacher and a true teacher. It true to say that there are more things for me to study,as a intern teacher.While ,sitting in front of the computer,writing the summery of my internship in this month,I am sorry for the mistake I made this month.Well my supervisor--Mrs.Wong gave so many opportunities to me for practice that I could give lesson on my own now .I regarded the lesson of Grade 5is under my control.Therefor,I made the teaching plan in a hurry,furthermore,when the time was
