英文作文常用文体及写作模板四级作文常用文体有：记叙文、议论文、图表作文和应用文。

记叙文是用来记叙一件实事的题材，记叙的基本线索是时间顺序。

记叙文记叙的一般为已发生过的事情，所以一般采用过去时态。

记叙的方法大都按时间发生的先后顺序进行，即顺序；有时也用倒叙，把结局或者某一突出片段提到前面叙述，然后再按事件发生的顺序叙述。

叙述角度可以使第一人称，也可以使第三人称。

在记叙一件事件时，要注意选择能突出主体的细节，详略得当。

记叙文的六大要素（时间、地点、人物、事件、原因、结果）要交待清楚。

议论文旨在使读者相信某个观点、看法、主张是正确的或错误的。

作者往往要通过摆事实、讲道理的方式来证明自己的观点的正确。

议论文的三要素是：论点、论据和论证。

论点即使议论文的主题；论据则是用来证明论点的根据；论证是指用论据说明论点的过程。

论点要正确、鲜明；论据要充实可靠；论证要严谨、合乎逻辑。

图表作文是说明文的一种，要求考生能描述图表，然后就图表中所出现的问题进行原因分析，或者针对图表中所出现的问题提出考生的建议。

应用文是人们在学习、生产、工作、生活中传递信息已达到交际目的的一种文体，它要求言简意赅，条理清楚，不需过分的文饰。

常见应用文包括书信，便条，求职信，简历等。
