百科微讲堂中学生参加体育锻炼的好处
经常进行体育锻炼,人体新陈代谢旺盛,蛋白质等营养物质的吸收与贮存能力增强;
体育锻炼可促进骨质增强,提高骨的性能。
体育锻炼对循环系统发展的影响是非常显著的,它对增强心血管的机能,提高血液循环质量起着积极作用;一般中学生的肺活量是:男生2500~4000毫升,女生2000~3000毫升。
经常进行体育锻炼的人,肺活量比一般学生大1000毫升左右。
经常进行体育锻炼的人,大脑皮质神经细胞的兴奋性、灵活性和耐久力都会得到提高,学习和工作处于最佳状态,并能坚持较长时间。
在自然环境中能接受寒冷和炎热的刺激,从而提高对环境变化的适应能力和对疾病的抵抗能力。
假如学生学习累了,到户外活动一会再回来学习,学习效率肯定会提高。
这也是我们安排课间十分钟的原因。
