不同的金属在一定的溶液中的电位是不一样的。

同一种金属由于其各部位间存在着电化学不均匀性而造成不同部位间产生一定的电位差值,正是这种电位差值导致了金属在电解质溶液中的电化学腐蚀。

向浸在电解质溶液中的金属(电极)施加直流电流,金属的电极电位会发生变化,这种现象称作极化。

所通电流为正电流(金属为阳极),金属的电位向正方向变化,这种过程叫做阳极极化。

反之,通过的电流为负电流(金属为阴极),金属的电位向负方向变化,则称作阴极极化。

电位与对应电流密度之间的关系曲线叫做极化曲线。

具有钝化性倾向的金属在进行阳极极化时,如果电流达到足够的数值,在金属表面上能够生成一层具有很高耐蚀性能的钝化膜而使电流减少,金属呈钝化状态。

继续给以较小的电流,就可以维持这种钝态,从而减缓金属的腐蚀。

这就是阳极保护的基本原理。

图2为典型的钝性金属阳极极化曲线示意图,图中表现出四个特性区域:1.1AB 区---- 活化区在A 点,外加电流为零,金属处于自腐蚀状态,自腐蚀电位为E A ,当通以阳极电流时,其电流密度随电位的升高而增加。

当电位升高到B 点时,电极过程受到阻碍,电流密度不再上升,达到一个极大值I M 。

在此区域内,金属表面处于活性溶解状态,故将此区域叫做活化区,其电极反应如下:Me →Me n++ne1.2BC 区 ---- 过渡区电位刚过B 点,外加电流密度迅速下降,到C 点降到最小值,金属表面进入钝化状态。

B 点的电流密度I M 和电位E B 叫做致钝电流密度和致钝电位。

However, over the long operating period of the unit, disposal rules may change. It also contains requirements for operators of systems which require / contain these substances to function.Under Regulation 517/2014, the operator of a system of this nature has the following duties:•The operator must ensure that the equipment is checked at regular intervals for leaks.•These intervals depend on the CO2 equivalent of the system. This is calculated from the refrigerant fill volume and type of refrigerant. The CO2equivalent of your system is shown on the model plate.•The operator undertakes to have maintenance, repair, service, recovery and recycling work carried out by certified personnel who have been authorized by JULABO.•All such work must be documented. A completeshutdown of the main functional elements is effected simultaneously.The values set on the immersion cooler remain stored, and the unit isreturned to operation by pressing the start/stop key.Should such a safety standard not be required, the AUTOSTARTfunction (automatic start mode) may be activated, thus allowing theunit to be started directly by pressing the mains power switch orusing a timer.Operating procedures6.4.Setting the temperaturesThis function is used to set the lowest desired temperature value. Setting can be carried out in the start/stop condition.1. Press one of the keys for a short moment. The setpointvalue instead of the actual value is indicated on the display forabout 8 seconds. The value can now be changed.2. P 型系列空气冷却器使用说明书泰州市裕华制冷设备制造有限公司空气冷却器一、概况P型系列空气冷却器(又称冷风机)是一种使用于各种冷库的冷却降温设备,P型系列空气冷却器有PC、PCE和PE型三种型式分别使用于不同库温的冷库。

它具有结构紧凑、重量轻、不占有冷库实用面积等优点,与自然对流排管相比,它能使冷库内贮藏的食品迅速降温,大大提高了贮藏食品的保鲜度。

二、产品用途P型系列空气冷却器可与不同制冷量的压缩冷凝机组配套,用于不同库温的冷库中作为制冷设备。

其中PC型适用于库温为0℃左右的冷库,如保存鲜蛋或蔬菜的库。

PCE型适用于库温为-18℃左右的冷库,作为肉类、鱼类等冷冻食品的冷藏用。

PE型适用于库温为-25℃或低于-25℃的冷库作为鲜肉或鲜鱼制品及调理食品等冻结用。

三、产品特点1、壳体采用喷塑钢板、轧花铝板或不锈钢板,耐腐蚀,外形美观,可满足不同可户的需求。

2、盘管以错排方式布置,传热效率高,通过机械胀管将铝翅片套在铜管上连接牢靠。

3、该产品为厂内配线,所有接线均置于一个接线盒内,安装维修方便。

4、选用的电机和风叶,噪声低,运转平稳并可根据用户需要选用防爆型电机。

5、排水管中央最低处设有排水接口,排水可靠。

6、槽型吊架,安装方便。

7、U型管状不锈钢管及氧化镁填料的电加热管,置于盘管中,融霜效果良好,几种可选的融霜方式(电加热管、水、热气)。

8、出厂前全部经过保压充氮处理。

四、型号说明空气冷却器的传热面积(m2)空气冷却器的名义制冷量KW(kcal/h)融霜方式:对电融霜省略此相,W表示水冲霜适用制冷剂(对R22省略此项)冷却物冷藏库用C表示冻结物冷藏库用CE表示速冻库用E表示吊顶式用P表示五、冷风机安装前的检查1、在拆开外包装后应检查各连接部件有无松动,如有松动应重新紧固。

2、检查轴流风机的风叶安装在电机轴上是否牢固,风叶与防护罩是否碰伤。

3、如因运输而造成冷风机有损坏或变形时,应修复后才能吊装。

该冷却器结构简单、可动件少、维修量低等优点。

这种结构的冷却器,强化了气固换热,使活性石灰得到了快速冷却,这样既提高了活性石灰的活性,又提高了入窑二次风温,热回收率大大提高。

竖式冷却器主要由钢结构壳体,冷风帽,篦子装置,出料装置,排除大块系统等组成。

冷却器的壳体上部联接窑头罩,冷却器的壳体内部主要采用低水泥浇注料砌筑,其作用是保护冷却器壳体、保温与隔热。

冷却器冷风帽的作用主要是进行冷风的合理分布,达到快速,均匀冷却出窑白灰的目的。

篦子装置的作用是清除回转窑内的结块,包括结圈剥落的大块以及回转窑进行检修砌筑时打掉的耐火物料等。

出料装置的作用是将被冷却的物料均匀出料到皮带上,同时可以通过变频调节电振的振幅,保证冷却器内的料位,保证二次风温。

竖式冷却器具有占地面积少,内部结构件少,设备简单,冷却热效率高从而被冶金石灰行业普遍选用。

三、冷却器试运行冷却器安装完成后,必须经过无负荷试运行才能投运。

试运行前,需要检查:1、冷却器内部:检查冷却器内部有无安装剩余未清理的杂物。

2、浇注料以及耐火砖:检查浇注料以及耐火砖砌筑是否完好,有无吊挂砖不牢固,浇注料未覆盖现象。

3、各处人孔门、监视门:是否关闭严密,有无漏风。

如欲使用其它换热介质,必须告知生产商。

乙二醇为无色液体,略有黏性,比较稳定,可溶于水,闻起来或尝起来有甜味。

乙二醇易燃,在高温时,汽/气态的乙二醇易爆。

乙二醇与皮肤接触后,可能导致轻微不适;谨防乙二醇通过皮肤被人体吸收。

乙二醇若溅入眼睛,可能导致眼膜不适。

若不慎吞入乙二醇,会使人兴奋、影响人体中枢神经系统;一段时间后,误食者会感觉疲倦、四肢不听使唤、神志不清、肾脏可能受损。

冷却器产品使用说明书中国广东郁南县中兴换热器有限公司一﹑概述郁南县中兴换热器有限公司是广东中兴液力传动有限公司下属生产热交换器的专业厂家,主要产品有GLC﹑GLL﹑LQ型系列列管式冷却器,BR型系列板式冷却器, FL型﹑KL型、YOFL型(液力偶合器专用)系列空气(风)冷却器及各种热交换器,换热面积从0.2m2~800m2。

产品广泛使用在电力﹑冶金﹑矿山﹑机械﹑船舶﹑化工﹑空调、食品以及液压润滑行业,将工作介质换热(冷却)到规定的温度。

列管式冷却器由进出端盖﹑壳体﹑管束﹑后端盖、密封件及紧固件等组成,冷却介质(水)一般从换热管内通过,被冷却介质(油)从换热管外壳体内通过,冷热介质通过换热管传热,使被冷却介质温度下降。

列管式冷却器一般采用优质铜管﹑不锈钢管﹑钛管等作为换热管,管程可采用单回程、二回程或多回程,管程数增加使冷却介质流通时间加长,提高换热效果,换热管束上一般采用弓形折流板,使被冷却介质(油)在壳程内的流道为S形,达到被冷却介质(油)与换热管充分接触目的。

空气冷却器由进出端盖、本体、后端盖、风机、密封件、紧固件等组成,换热管采用单金属或双金属高效复合管。

空气冷却器采用空气(风)作为冷却介质,具有工作稳定、无介质混合、运行费用低、节能环保、维护方便的优点。

二﹑型号及参数三﹑使用说明1﹑首先检查冷却器型号与规定要求是否相符,资料附件是否齐全(见装箱单),检查冷却器外观是否破损,紧固螺栓是否松动,冷却器出厂时已进行压力试验和清洗,一般不允许拆动紧固螺栓,确需拆卸清洗的,清洗完后必须进行压力试验,无泄漏、无异常方可使用。

2﹑冷却器安装前须确认进入冷却器的介质压力不大于冷却器铭牌标示设计压力。

冷却器一般安装在系统回路或系统中压力相对较低处,必要时设置压力保护装置。

列管式冷却器介质为油水时,油侧压力一般应大于水侧压力。

试车前应在系统中设计傍路防止过高压力冲坏冷却器。

连接冷却器的管道和系统须清洗干净,进入冷却器的介质须进行过滤,严防杂质堵塞和污染冷却器,以免影响冷却器效果。

智能型强油风冷却器控制箱使用说明书一、概述XKPLCTO型智能型强油风冷却器控制箱是新疆特变电工自控设备有限公司研制的一种改进的电力变压器冷却控制装置,是一种以可编程控制器(PLC)及进口继电器等电气元器件为主的冷却系统控制柜,大大提高了变压器冷却控制装置的可靠性。

二、型号说明例如:XKPLC-10/2+1其中“XKPLCT0”表示智能型强油风冷却器控制箱,“/2+1”表示控制的冷却器数量为3组,其中有1组冷却器为备用冷却器。

三、控制箱结构及工作原理简述变压器冷却系统控制箱的功能如下:1、电源切换选用进口的双电源自动切换装置,其主要功能是主备工作电源自动切换,当常用电源故障出现时,自动切换到备用电源。

当两路电源都正常时,常用电源工作,备用电源处于备用状态。

“1号冷却器运行”指示灯:指示1号冷却器的工作情况,当1号冷却器运行时,该指示灯亮;“2号冷却器运行”指示灯:指示2号冷却器的工作情况,当2号冷却器运行时,该指示灯亮;“3号冷却器运行”指示灯:指示3号冷却器的工作情况,当3号冷却器运行时,该指示灯亮;“1号冷却器油流正常”指示灯:指示1号冷却器运行时的油流状态,当1号冷却器运行时,油流畅通,油流继电器的指针偏移到位时,该指示灯亮;“2号冷却器油流正常”指示灯:指示2号冷却器运行时的油流状态,当2号冷却器运行时,油流畅通,油流继电器的指针偏移到位时,该指示灯亮;“3号冷却器油流正常”指示灯:指示3号冷却器运行时的油流状态,当3号冷却器运行时,油流畅通,油流继电器的指针偏移到位时,该指示灯亮;“冷却器油流故障”指示灯:指示冷却器的油流情况,冷却器运行时,油流不畅通或油流继电器指针指示不到位或接线错误造成控制箱接收不到正常的油流信号,控制箱延时10S判断控制组冷却器油流出现了故障,该指示灯亮;“Ⅰ段电源故障”指示灯:指示为控制箱进线电源的供电情况,当I段动力电源故障时(主要故障包括:欠压、过压、缺相、相序错误等),该指示灯亮;“II段电源故障”指示灯:指示为控制箱上进线电源的供电情况,当II段动力电源故障时(主要故障包括:欠压、过压、缺相、相序错误等),该指示灯亮;“控制电源故障”指示灯:指示控制箱内DC.24V电源的情况,控制箱内DC.24V 电源出现故障时(故障主要有:外接AC.220V电源故障、柜内自供电AC.220V电源故障、开关电源PW1或PW2出现故障、断路器ZDK1、ZDK2断开等),该指示灯亮;“冷却器故障”指示灯:指示冷却器的情况,当冷却器出现故障时(故障主要有:油泵过载造成电动机热磁断路器1QB-3QB跳闸、风机过载造成电动机热磁断路器1QF1-3QF2跳闸、冷却器接触器的电源开关1QS-3QS断开、冷却器接触器KM1-KM3故障等),该指示灯亮;“PLC故障”指示灯:指示控制箱内PLC的工作情况,当控制箱内PLC出现故障或PLC未正常供电时,该指示灯亮;注意:当初次上电时,由于PLC启动程序,该指示灯会亮2S左右,后该指示灯熄灭,这属于正常现象。

“风冷全停”指示灯:指示冷却器的情况,控制箱内I段动力电源和II段动力电源均出现故障或双电源自动切换装置出现故障或所有的冷却器均出现了故障,风冷已经全停,此时该指示灯亮;“风冷全停跳闸”指示灯:指示控制箱的工作情况,当出现“风冷全停”20min 后,如果变压器油面温度出现“75℃高温信号”,则“风冷全停跳闸”信号输出,如果没有出现“75℃高温信号”,“风冷全停”60min后,仍然输出“风冷全停跳闸信号”。

(根据《电力变压器运行规程DL/T 572—95》4.4.3)。

注意:20min和60min是出厂设置的时间,用户可通过柜内时间继电器KT3和KT4对上述时间进行设置。

六、远方信号:控制箱提供各类远方信号供保护和显示用,远方信号及主要含义如下:“Ⅰ段电源故障”:反映控制箱上进线的I段动力电源的情况,当供电的I段动力电源故障时,该信号发出。

主要故障原因有:电源欠压、过压、缺相、相序错误等,此时,检修人员应该迅速找出故障原因并排除故障;“II段电源故障”:反映控制箱上进线的II段动力电源的情况,当供电的II段动力电源故障时,该信号发出。

主要故障原因有:电源欠压、过压、缺相、相序错误等,此时,检修人员应该迅速找出故障原因并排除故障;“控制电源故障”:反映控制箱内DC.24V电源的情况,控制箱内DC.24V电源出现故障时,该信号发出。

主要故障原因有:外部供电的AC.220V电源故障、柜内自供电的AC.220V电源故障、开关电源PW1或PW2出现故障、断路器ZDK1、ZDK2断开等,此时,检修人员应该迅速找出故障原因并排除故障;“冷却器故障”:反映冷却器的情况,当冷却器出现故障时,该信号发出。

主要故障原因有:油泵过载造成电动机热磁断路器跳闸、风机过载造成电动机热磁断路器跳闸、冷却器电源开关断开、冷却器接触器故障等,此时,检修人员应该迅速找出故障原因并排除故障;“PLC故障”:反映控制箱内PLC的工作情况,当控制箱内PLC出现故障或PLC 未正常供电时,该信号发出。

此时,工作人员应迅速将转换开关SC1、SC2、SC3、转到“手动”位并检查故障原因,排除故障;注意:当初次上电时,由于PLC启动程序,该指示灯会亮2S左右,随后该指示灯熄灭,这属于正常现象。

“风冷全停”:反映冷却器的情况,当控制箱内I段动力电源和II段动力电源均出现故障或双电源自动切换装置ATS出现故障或所有的冷却器均出现了故障,风冷已经全停,该信号发出。

此时,检修人员应该迅速找出故障原因并排除故障;“风冷全停跳闸”:反映控制箱的工作情况,当出现“风冷全停”20min后,如果变压器油面温度出现“75℃高温信号”,则“风冷全停跳闸”信号输出,如果没有出现“75℃高温信号”,“风冷全停”60min后,仍然输出“风冷全停跳闸信号”。

(根据《电力变压器运行规程DL/T 572—95》4.4.3)。

“1号冷却器运行”:反映1号冷却器的工作情况,当1号冷却器运行时,该信号发出;“2号冷却器运行”:反映2号冷却器的工作情况,当2号冷却器运行时,该信号发出;“3号冷却器运行”:反映3号冷却器的工作情况,当3号冷却器运行时,该信号发出;七、控制箱工作原理该变压器的冷却方式为强迫油循环风冷,变压器投运后至少应该有1组冷却器运行。

该控制箱是采用智能化设备进行控制的,主要通过控制面板上的转换开关等主令开关进行控制变压器的冷却设备。

这些冷却设备有多种方式进行控制:(一)、“冷却器”工作模式每组冷却器都有3种控制方式,分别是“自动”、“停止”、“手动”。

1、“自动”控制模式:在“自动”位时,冷却器是根据变压器的油面温度、绕组温度、负荷信号进行控制的,一般情况下,“SC1”、“SC2”、“SC3”应该在“自动”状态。

PLC根据冷却器的运行周期对各组冷却器进行排序,冷却器的运行周期出厂设置为15天,将冷却器分为“工作组”(1组冷却器)、“辅助组”(1组冷却器)、“备用组”(1组冷却器)。

当变压器投入运行时,将有1组冷却器投入运行,即工作组冷却器运行。

辅助冷却器是根据变压器的油面温度、绕组温度、负荷信号等进行控制的,可按如下方式启动辅助冷却器。

(1)、按变压器油面温度启/停辅助冷却器:共有3个油面温度信号节点接入控制箱,分别是“低油温信号”、“高油温信号”、“75℃油温信号”。

其中,“低油温信号”停止辅助冷却器机,“高油温信号”启动辅助冷却器。

“75℃油温信号”用于风冷全停延时跳闸的温度判断。

(2)按变压器绕组温度启/停:共有1个绕组温度信号节点接入控制箱,是“绕组高温信号”。

“绕组高温信号”启动辅助冷却器,当“绕组高温信号”退却时,辅助冷却器延时60S退出运行。

(3)按变压器负荷启动:共有1个变压器负荷信号节点接入控制箱,是“过负荷信号”。

“过负荷信号”启动辅助冷却器,当“过负荷信号”退却时,辅助冷却器延时60S退出运行。

注:上述信号的整定值由设计院提供。

2、“手动”控制模式:当将转换开关转到“手动”模式时,所对应的冷却器将被强制运行。

3、“停止”控制模式:当将转换开关转到“停止”模式时,所对应的冷却器将被强制退出运行。

八、调试运行当接好线路时,需对控制箱进行调试,调试时请按以下步骤进行:1、根据图纸确认所有外部线路进行校对,确认接线无误;2、当确认接线无误时,投上2路AC.380/220V动力电源及1路AC.220V控制电源,并用仪表确认电源的相序、电压无误;3、确认动力电源及控制电源无误后,合上控制箱前面板上的断路“ZDK1”、将双电源自动切换装置控制器旋钮旋转至自动位(出厂已设置),当外部电源接入时,常用电源投入运行(即Q1合闸)控制面板上的“Q1合闸”指示灯亮,如果常用电源出现故障,自动切换到备用电源,此时控制面板上的“Q2合闸”指示灯亮。

(如需手动操作请先将旋钮旋转至手动位,然后再用操作手柄进行操作。

)4、确认电源被送入控制箱后,合上控制箱内所有的断路器及热磁断路器;5、完成上述操作后,首先进行手动回路操作:(1)“手动”模式试验:将转换开关“SC1”转到“手动”位时,中间继电器“KA1”,接触器“KM1”将启动,1号冷却器运行,此时控制面板上的“1号冷却器运行”、“1号冷却器油流正常”指示灯将会亮。
