不同结算方式的选择和合同中的支付条款

❖ 远期付款交单(见票后定付款期）

2、信用证与托收相结合
这是指部分货款用信用证支付，余数用托收方 式结算。一般做法是，信用证规定出口人开 立两张汇票，属于信用证部分的货款凭光票 付款，而全套单据附在托收部分汇票项下， 按即期或远期付款交单方式托收。但信用证 上必须订明“在发票金额全部付清后才可交 单”的条款，以策安全。
3、汇付、托收、信用证三者相结合
