日照-东明原油管道末站工艺设计

摘要

本论文为日照-东明原油管道末站的工艺设计。

日照-东明输油管道,干线长度为462公里,输量为2,000万吨∕年,设计压力8.0MPa,管材L450。输送介质为进口中东原油。

管道内径首先根据经济流速来确定,再根据水力和经济计算等的比较,最后选定管型为Φ711.0⨯6.4mm的管径。为了满足输量要求,考虑到多方面的因素,全线共采用了4座泵站为输油提供能量。考虑到优化组合,每站均由三台KSY2850-210型泵组成,再设一台泵为备用泵。

然后文中又采用了最小二乘法回归出泵站的特性方程,在依据工程中布站的基本原则对各站间距进行了调整,确定了泵站的位置,之后通过对各站进、出站压力的校核,证明了所选方案的正确性。文中的机械计算,对管道的强度和稳定性进行了校核,工艺计算和管道热力补偿的计算更加证明了所设计的管道工程的可行性。文中通过工程经济概算,选出了其中最优的设计方案。

同时论文中粗略地介绍了工程中基本设计情况,重点说明末站的概况。文中还指出了我国目前输油管道与国外先进技术相比所存在的问题,并且提出改进这些问题的一些初浅意见。

在满足各种条件的情况下,根据设计的各种原则,工艺流程尽可能的简单,并且输油工艺尽可能地体现可靠的先进技术,减少能耗。

Technological Design of Terminal Station of Rizhao –Dongming Crude Oil Pipeline Project

Abstract

This paper is a technological design of the terminal station of Rizhao-Dongming crude oil pipeline.

The length of Rizhao-Dongming oil pipeline is 462 kilometers. The capacity per year is 200 million tons, the operating pressure is 8.0MPa.The pipe material is L450. And the pipeline transports importation Mid-east crude oil.

First of all, the pipeline diameter is determined by the economic flow rate, and then compared with the calculation of hydraulic and economic factors, according to that, finally selected typeΦ711⨯6.4mm as the tube diameter. In order to content the requirements of transmission capacity, taking into account various factors, three oil pumping station were used to provide energy for transporting oil in the total line. Taking the optimum combination into account, there are three KSY2850-210-type pumps in each pump station, and then set up a pump as the standby pump.

Then the least square method is adopted to regress the pump station characteristic curve. According to the basic principle of pumping station arrangement, it gets heat pump station position of each station through preceding the adjustment. Then checking the inlet or outlet temperature and pressure of each station, demonstrates the plan is correct. At last, in the mechanical calculation of the paper, the check of pipeline strength and stability, as well as the technological calculation explains the possibility of the designed pipeline engineering. The article chooses the best superior design

project of them by the engineering economics budget.

At the same time, this article introduces basic design circumstance, and explains the general situation about terminal station. It also explains current problems of oil transportation pipeline in our country, and then puts forward some early suggestions to improve these problems.

Content with a variety of conditions, in accordance with the various principles of designation, process should be as simple as possible, and oil technology should reflect reliable advanced technology as much as possible to reduce the energy consumption.
