所以,教法应围绕“因材施教,分层提高,让尖子冒出来,使多数迈大步,叫后进生不落伍,达到班级整体优化”来开展教与学的活动。
在施教过程中,应贯彻如下“两条原理”和“三个基本原则”,以达到教师的激励与学生的发展有机地结合。
两条原理:其一,内部动力原理。
即承认学生认识机能中的主观能动性,其中某一个性因素(如英语兴趣)发生变化,将引起其他部分及整体变化(产主学习英语的主动性)。
其二,适应与转化发展原理。
“适应”即英语应适应学生现有心理状态、知识水平和认知能力:“转化发展”即变学生厌学为爱学,变不会学为会学,变无所作为为积极进取,求得每个学生学习英语的最佳心理状态。
三个原则:1.智力因素与非智力因素相结合原则。
2.同步教学与异步教学相结合原则。
即在教学中,对全体学生的行动,提出统一要求和目标的同时,正确估计出学生发展水平和潜在发展可能性,根据教材内容合理设置阶梯,将学生分成不同阶梯类型,在听说、读写、讨论、写作与作业中提出不同的要求,使每个学生在班级集体中相对独立地得到发展。
3.学生心理认识规律与知识形成发展规律相结合原则。
即遵循认识论与实践论的基本原理,将知识内容进行弹性化处理,适应不同层次的学生和每个学生的不同的认识阶段。
