该说明书重点对采煤机的适⽤范围、结构特点、⼯作原理和维护保养做了较为详尽的介绍和说明。

希望⽤户在使⽤该采煤机前要认真阅读说明书,掌握⼯作原理和使⽤⽅法,并根据实际情况,制定相应的采煤机使⽤、维护、保养岗位责任制。

属关联检验的设备不得随意更改,如需要更换必须经相关机构进⾏配接检验后⽅可使⽤。

采煤机上电⽓隔爆腔的盖板上设有“严禁带电开盖”或“放电⼗五分钟⽅可打开”的安全警告牌,使⽤中安全警告牌有可能脱落。

所以,特别需要注意:检修采煤机时禁⽌带电开启所有防爆电器设备的盖板。

同时,在采煤机使⽤过程中,请严格遵守《煤矿安全规程》的如下规定:(⼀)采煤机上必须装有能停⽌⼯作⾯刮板输送机运⾏的闭锁装置。

1. 概述1.1简介塑料薄膜、管材、电缆等生产过程中由于塑料颗粒等原材料实际堆积密度时刻变化、不均匀流动,以及昼夜温差、电网电压波动、过滤网堵塞等原因,造成成品厚度不均,为解决此类问题,我公司研发了全自动米克重控制器。

1.2功能特点1、准确一致的米重,提高品质,节约原材料。

2、自动控制米重重量,减少人工干预,降低工人劳动强度。

3、可根据上牵引速度同步控制三个下牵引,降低工人劳动强度,提升产品质量。

4、具有主机调速控制,在调整主机转速后,可以快速跟踪调整。

5、具有换料控制,在加料过程中持续关闭加料阀门,方便前一个配比的物料全部排空。

6、变频器手动可以外接电位器,相较于市场上其它类似产品使用更加方便快捷。

7、实时显示各主机流量及物料百分比,可以实时判断配比的正确性,并可作为主机螺旋的运行状况的参考依据。

8、具有缺料报警、加料超时、牵引超频、比例失调等报警功能,可以实时提醒工人及时处理各种突发情况,减少废品率提高生产效率。

9、实时显示各物料消耗及总产量,方便统计管理。

10、具有过滤网堵塞报警,可提示工人及时更换滤网。

11、所有接口采用数字隔离技术,抗干扰能力强。

12、具有RS485和以太网接口,方便联网管理。

13、采用7寸液晶屏显示,清晰直观。

To disengage the lock, make sure to supply air pressure to theport on the side without a lock mechanism, thus preventing theload from being applied to the lock mechanism. If the lock is disengaged whenthe port on the side that does not contain a lock mechanism is inthe exhausted state and the load is being applied to the lockmechanism, undue force will be applied to the lock mechanism,and it may damage the lock mechanism. Also, it could beextremely dangerous, because the piston rod could movesuddenly.HandlingCaution1. Do not use a 3 position solenoid valve.Avoid using this cylinder in combination with a 3 position solenoidvalve (particularly the closed center metal seal type). If air pressurebecomes sealed inside the port on the side that contains the lockmechanism, the lock will not engage. Even if the lock is engagedat first, the air that leaks from the solenoid valve could enter thecylinder and cause the lock to disengage as time elapses.2. Back pressure is necessary for unlocking.Before starting, make sure that air is supplied to the side that is notequipped with a lock mechanism as shown in the diagram above.Otherwise, the lock may not disengage.(Refer to “Rock Disengagement”.)3. Disengage the lock before installing oradjusting the cylinder.The lock could become damaged if the cylinder is installed with itslock engaged.4. Operate the cylinder at a load ratio of 50% or less.The lock might not disengage or might become damaged if a loadratio of 50% is exceeded.5. Do not synchronize multiple cylinders.Do not operate two or more end lock cylinders synchronized tomove a single workpiece because one of the cylinder locks maynot be able to disengage when required.6. Operate the speed controller under meter-out control.If operated under meter-in control, the lock might not disengage.7. On the side that has a lock, make sure tooperate at the stroke end of the cylinder.The lock might not engage or disengage if the piston of thecylinder has not reached the stroke end.8. Do not use the air cylinder as an air-hydrocylinder. This may result in oil leak.9. The position adjustment of the auto switchshould be performed at two positions; a po-sition determined by the stroke and a posi-tion after the backlash movement (by 2 mm).When a 2-color indication auto switch is adjusted to show green atthe stroke end, the indication may turn red when the cylinderreturns by the backlash. This, however, is not an error.1. Non-locking style manual releaseInsert the bolt, which is provided as anaccessory part, through the rubber cap (it isnot necessary to remove the rubber cap).Screw the bolt into the lock piston and pullthe bolt to disengage the lock. 在确定测量台和水中吊篮上的物品已经清空及水中吊篮与水槽没有接触的情况下: 1.关机。

2.长按【C 】键,再开机直至屏幕显示【CAL 】时方可放手。

3. 按【B 】键一次,显示数字【2】。

(如按【B 】键无反应,请重新尝试上述三个步骤,直至屏幕显示对应数字【2】为止)4. 按【A 】键一次 ,显示数字【1】。

5. 按【ZERO 】键一次,显示数字【3】。

6. 再按【ZERO 】键一次,显示数字【3】。

7. 按【C 】键一次,显示数字【5】。

8. 按【ENTER 】键一次,显示【CAL 】。

(若未显示【CAL 】请重复4-7四个步骤)9. 按【C】键一次,显示多位变化的数字。

10. 按【C】键一次,显示一位或者二位会跳动的数字。

11. 在测量台中央位置放上100g砝码。

日本工业标准烧结金属材料——规格Sintered metal materials—Specification序本标准是以1996年第一版发行的ISO 5755,Sintered metal materials—Specification为基础,制订的日本工业标准,但日本工业标准与ISO标准值的规定项目不一样,不可能直接对比统一。

这次修改,在附属书中对采用ISO的材料的日本工业标准材料进行了规定,使两者可以并用。

不过,因ISO开始了原国际标准的修改工作,需要注意ISO材料记号的使用。

此外,本标准中有侧线或者点线的部分,为附属书材料特性试验的相关部分,是国际标准中没有的事项。

《化工原理》课程设计说明书苯-苯乙烯分离过程浮阀精馏塔设计院系:化学与化工学院专业:化学工程与工艺班级:09化工2班学号:0906210201姓名:武金龙指导老师:李梅摘要本设计的任务是设计用于分离苯-苯乙烯的浮阀精馏塔。

精馏是多级分离过程,即同时进行多次部分汽化和部分冷凝的过程。

精馏装置包括精馏塔、原料预热器、再沸器、冷凝器、釜液冷却器和产品冷却器等设备。

热量自塔釜输入,物料在塔内经多次部分冷凝进行精馏分离,由冷凝器和冷却器中的冷却介质将余热带走。

根据加热方式来决定塔底是否设置再沸器,塔底设置再沸器时为间接加热,这种加热方式适用于各种物系,且被广泛使用。

由于本设计设置了再沸器,故采用间接加热。

板式塔的种类繁多,本设计采用浮阀塔,它是在泡罩塔的基础上发展起来的。

浮阀塔被广泛用于精馏、吸收以及脱吸等传质过程中,塔径从200mm到6400mm,使用效果较好。

它具有处理能力大,操作弹性大,塔板效率高,压强小,使用周期长等特点。

确定回流比有图解法和逐板计算法,本设计采用逐板计算法,虽然计算过程较为繁琐,但计算精度较高。

理论板确定后,计算实际板数,再设计塔和塔板中所有的参数,初选塔板间距并计算塔径,这些数据的计算都是以精馏段的数据为依据的。

设计中采用平直溢流堰,因为这样可以使得塔板上具有一定高度的均匀流动的液层。

浮阀塔的开孔率设计中要满足一定的要求,即要确定合适的浮阀数,浮阀的孔径是由所选浮阀的型号确定的,浮阀数通过上升蒸汽量、阀孔气速和孔径确定,阀孔的排列采用等腰三角形叉排。

最后是塔板负荷性能图中过量雾沫夹带线、液泛线、漏液线、液相负荷上、下限线的计算以及确定塔体结构。

本部分适用于工作场所空气中气溶胶态铊及其化合物浓度的检测。

4.2 仪器4.2.1 微孔滤膜,孔径0.8 μm。

4.2.2 大采样夹,滤料直径为37 mm或40 mm。

4.2.3 小采样夹,滤料直径为25 mm。

4.2.4 空气采样器,流量范围为0 L/min~2 L/min和0 L/min~10 L/min。

4.2.5 具塞刻度试管,5 mL。

4.2.6 原子吸收分光光度计,具石墨炉原子化器、背景校正装置和铊空心阴极灯,仪器操作参考条件:a) 干燥:80℃~120℃,20 s ;保持10 s ;b) 灰化:120℃~300℃,20 s ;保持10 s ;c) 原子化:1800℃,5 s ,停气;d) 清除:2400℃,2 s 。
