1.4.1、矿物油: 矿物油是市面上比较常用的润滑油。是在石油提炼过程中分馏出有用的物质
,比如汽油 和航空用油,之后再把剩留下来的油再进行加工提取。就本质而言,它运用 的是原油中较差的成份。矿物油价格低廉,使用寿命及润滑性能都不如合成油,同时还 对环境有较大的污染。另外,矿物油在提炼过程中因无法将所含的杂质完全除去,因此 流动点较高,不适合低温地区使用。

Siemens Advia 系列生化仪参数详解本详解主要针对的是市场上常见的四种西门子机型:ADVIA1200/1650/1800/2400。

大致分为五个章节:简介、基本参数介绍、读点前移、前带监测、参数设置。

一、简介:ADVIA1650是最早进入中国的拜耳生化仪,虽然师出日本,也是日本电子制造,但还是能看出拜耳的设计理念在里面。

后来拜耳被西门子收购,ADVIA生化也保留了下来。

ADVIA系列生化仪都是将ISE作为标配安装,ADVIA1200生化速度是800测试每小时,ISE400测试每小时;ADVIA1650和升级版1800的生化速度都是1200测试每小时,ADVIA2400的生化速度是1800测试每小时。

Advia系列的操作控制软件都大同小异,几乎没有什么本质上的变化,所以延续性较强。

加上西门子特有的流水线兼容性,使ADVIA系列的生命力变得异常顽强,在国内流水线市场里占据相当大的份额。

在ADVIA老版本的程序中,是支持四种试剂的,也就是R1、R2、R3和R4;但在后续版本中,四种试剂变为2种,只有R1和R2,这一点厂家并没有说明为什么。

所有的Advia系列,都是两个试剂盘,两个试剂针,反应盘是单盘,塑料反应杯,一根样本针。

除ADVIA1200外,都有一个稀释盘和稀释样本针,稀释样本针将原始样本加入到稀释样本盘中,按照最高可达1:75的比例进行样本稀释,然后通过样本针将稀释后的样本转移到反应盘中。

同样,在反应盘上也可以进行最高1:75的样本稀释,这样二者相乘,样本的稀释比例高达1:5625。

稀释样本盘也是塑料杯,有自己单独的搅拌器、冲洗站。

ADVIA的试剂也可以进行稀释,所以节省试剂。

但由于设计理念的关系,其孵育介质有孵育油,也就是油浴。

3M生产的孵育油价格较贵,而且需要半年更换。

除常规的清洗剂外,反应杯空白比色也需要单独的活化剂,加上稀释样本或试剂用的生理盐水,总体下来ADVIA 的耗材较多,而且总成本也不少。

1. 额定压力范围额定压力范围是满足标准规定值的压力范围。

2. 最大压力范围最大压力范围是指传感器能长时间承受的最大压力,且不引起输出特性永久性改变。

特别是半导体压力传感器,为提高线性和温度特性,一般都大幅度减小额定压力范围。

因此,即使在额定压力以上连续使用也不会被损坏。

一般最大压力是额定压力最高值的2-3倍。

补偿温度范围是由于施加了温度补偿,精度进入额定范围内的温度范围。
