多功能数显表的软件设计

摘要

工业现场有大量的模拟信号或脉冲频率信号需要测量显示,对于模拟信号的测量,现在市场上有的数显表校正困难,抗干扰差,难以显示真实工程量值;对于脉冲信号的测量,现在市场上的数显表明显不足是功能单一:转速表只能显示转速、计数表只能计数、计长表只能计长等等。市场缺乏一种即能够测量模拟信号又能够测量脉冲信号而且精确显示的数显表。

本文介绍了一种用于工业现场信号测量的数显表,该表以AT89S51单片机为核心,使用普通I/O接口连接两个I2C器件,串行A/D转换器ADS1110和E2PROM 存储器AT24C16,通过软件编程,模拟I2C总线操作时序,不仅使得总电路硬件接口简单化,而且也节省了单片机的I/O接口,扩展方便并且提高了数据传输的可靠性。

对于工业现场的信号采集,此次设计采用的模拟信号测量技术和脉冲信号测量技术,通过按键设定不同的参数,可以精确测量模拟信号或频率信号,并且对所测量的模拟信号或脉冲信号进行换算,再经数码管清晰地显示出现场的工程量值。

该数显表一表多用,不仅可用于液位、流量、温度、压力等的测量显示,还可以测量显示频率、转速、线速度、计数、计长等。

Software Design of the Instrument of the Multi-function

Digital Signal Display

ABSTRACT

The industrial field have a lot of analog signals or pulse frequency signal that need to measure, to the analog signal measurement,now in the market some digital display meter calibration difficulties, anti-jamming is poor, difficult to show real engineering quantity; For the measurement of the pulse signal, now in the market of the digital display table is obviously deficiencies single function: speed table can only display speed, count table can only count, length can only watch length, and so on. The lack of a market is able to measure the simulation signal and able to measure the pulse signal and precise display display is introduced.

In this paper,introduces the instrument of the multi-function Digital Signal Display which can be set different parameters to realize the function we expected. This instrument used common I/O port to connect two of the I2C devices,serial A/D converter ADS1110 and E2PROM memorizer AT24C16,according to microcomputer AT89S51.Not only can the hardware and software be simplified by imitating the I2C-BUS procedure of microcomputer,but also for the easier expansion and improve the reliability of data transmission. As for the data acquisition, we used the analog signal measurement technology and the pulse signal measurement techniques,which by using the keys to the set different parameters,each parameter has it’s fuction and the parameters Already set to AT24C16 by programming.The instrument can transform or calculate the measured analog signals and pulse signals so as to display the real signal value.

It can be widely applied to the measurement and display of fluid position, flux, temperature, pressure and velocity.
