充分发挥备课组的力量,做到了教学资源共享。

这学期安排了3位教师上示范课、公开课。

全体英语组教师都参与评课并由分管领导进行主评。

三、积极进取,无私奉献英语组教师工作负担很重。

但是,全组教师以学校大局为重,克服困难,积极进取,发扬了无私奉献的精神,高质高效地完成了学校交给的各项任务。

所以,虽然我们的课本不变,但是我们的英语教学不是一层不变的。

三、要重视评价,关注学生的情感英语并不是只学单词、课文、句型、对话,不是学问的累加,而是一个综合体。

学生学的每一单元内容都是有思想的,都是一些很好的教育材料,我们应当让学生承受到英语的情感教育。

学生的学习压力很大,我们应当关注学生的情感态度培育。

听的这两节课对我今后的英语教育教学启发很大,也让我更深刻地体会到小学阶段的英语教学一定要注重培养学生的学习兴趣,并且要引导学生多读多实践。

今后我会从以下几方面多加完善:1、单词教学。

要侧重语音教学,在拼读基础上理解词义,学会在日常生活中运用。

2、板书师范。

学生具有向师性和模仿性,因而教师的板书一定要准确、美观、及时。

3、导入要引人入胜,培养学生良好的学习习惯。

4、注重创设情境。

要把学生引入到感兴趣的情境中,适当添加些课堂小游戏。

5、加强课堂实践性。

适当留点时间让学生在课堂上小组合作并进行汇报。

如Let’s do部分让学生边读边做动作;Let’s talk部分可组织当堂小组合作演出。

当然这些便需要我不断提高自身综合素质,多听课学习,向经验丰富教师学习,不断钻研体会。

此外,今天的这次教研活动在听取了两位老师的课后,还就英语教学的“提质减负”话题做了研讨。

会上,人民路小学、湘湖小学等几所学校代表各自谈了他们学校的提质减负措施。

当中有一些是我们也正在实施的,也有一些是值得我借鉴的,听了老师们的发言后我也感触很深。

首先,小学阶段的英语学习其实是种兴趣的培养。

第一个阶段,话剧基础知识讲授为扩展学生视野,做好话剧表演,首先让学生了解话剧的定义,话剧的分类,话剧表演技巧以及话剧表演中应注意的问题等等。

第二个阶段,话剧剧目选择阶段充分发掘学生个性,在确认学生英语水平的基础上,寻找合适的剧目。

虽然五年级学生已学习了2年英语,参加本社团学生也主要是学习成绩较好的学生,但由于口语水平和表演能力的限制,我们在几个剧目中选择了经典剧目SnowWhite and the Seven Dwarfs (《白雪公主和七个小矮人》)。

上周,我们的英语教研活动在彭组长的精心组织和安排下顺利展开了。

首先,彭组长和大家分享了他的教学心得《如何上好一堂英语课》。

接下来,我们集中学习观看了全国特级教师田老师的教学视频,最后是老师评课,谈谈心得体会。

古语曰:独学而无友,则孤陋而寡闻。

在此次小学英语教研活动中,我又一次体会了这句话的含义。

这次教研活动让我受益匪浅,下面我谈谈自己的体会:一、提高自身的专业素养如果一名英语教师能具有广博的知识、扎实的功底、风趣幽默的语言艺术,他的课就一定能妙趣横生、引人入胜,在英语教学中就能游刃有余,教育教学质量就会大大提高。

听田老师的课,是一种精神上的.享受,我体会到了英语课堂快乐教学的魅力。

正是因为田老师有着极高的专业素养。

首先,田老师的导入是一首英文歌曲,他和学生一起欢快的边唱歌边做动作热身,学生很快就进入一种轻松、愉悦的学习氛围。

这就要求老师要绝对放得开,要有自信、热情的教学态度,好的开始是成功的一半。

田老师的简笔画引人注目,寥寥几笔,就形象勾勒出两幅男女图,引得学生惊叹,学生敬佩老师,就会信服他,就能集中注意力听讲,课堂纪律就会自觉遵守。

接着田老师宣布男女生进行比赛,看学生课堂表现,如回答问题,情境对话,表现好就能得到苹果的方式,这种良性的既有竞争又有合作的评比,让学生能积极地参与,热情地投入的英语课中。

虽然田老师没有用课件,但是他的丰富多彩的卡片一样具有直观教学的效果。

如教学蔬菜,水果,食物类单词时,出示卡片教学单词,问what做铺垫。

整堂教学设计环环相扣,节奏紧凑而又轻松,老师善于创设情境,让学生在游戏,情景剧,角色扮演等活动中学,真正做到了学中玩,玩中学。

期间,老师要善于引导学生,用丰富、夸张的肢体语言,表情,帮住学生理解。

整堂课,老师都用全英文教学,创造了良好的语言环境。

我校英语教研组组织了以“搞好常态化教学,提高课堂教学效率”为主题的英语教研活动,这次活动不同于以往任何一次课堂观摩,而是一次课堂后的反思,反思我们的教学常规,反思我们的教学理念,反思我们的教学基本功,教研组长作了精彩,细致的讲座,骨干教师进行了经验传授,给了教师们直接的资源共享,是一次宝贵的学习机会。

因此听完后,我写下了自己的感受,以勉励自己。

一、着重把握课堂常规,注重实效。

我们都追求一个目标——让学生真正学到知识并运用知识,感受学习英语的乐趣,不能只搞花样活动,而没有实效。

现在的英语课,老师们增大了语言的输入量,教学资源更加丰富了,给学生创造了许多的机会说英语。

几年的英语教学的课改的实施,我们很多的英语教师也会用新颖的,独创的小学英语教学方法来教学新知识,但在英语教学的课堂上还是出现低效的现象,教研组长从备课,上课,反思,作业,考查
几方面着手作了如何加强课堂教学的常规给我们指明了小学英语教师的教学要求以及如何更准确把握课堂,在报告中明显提出备课中要非常的明确每节课的技能目标,课堂中要设计有效的教学活动,课后要进行积极的反思,作业要落实到位,要少而精,真正提高40分钟的效率,才能提高学生的综合语言的运用能力。

从教研组长的讲座中让我感受到作为一节实效课,课堂的结尾部分学生的输出信息(学生会做什么,会说什么,会演什么)的多少完全在于课堂中每个环节是否落实到位。

二、重视基本功的训练,提高效率
作为一名小学英语教师,教师基本功的训练不仅要教给学生的语言知识,教师自身的行为,有效的教具的创作绝对是吸引学生的有效手段之一。

作为优秀的英语教师冯爱华老师以独特的视角和细腻的手法让在座的小学英语教师受益匪浅,她在教具讲解过程中边示范边讲解,每件作品都是冯老师智慧的结晶,如作品中教学各种图形,正好是冀教版book 7中的教学内容,这一魔幻般的教学方式,不仅节约了教师用语言解释的时间,也为学生感知、理解和记忆知识创造了条件,加强教学的直观性,又增大知识密度,突破难点,突出重点,减轻学生记忆理解负担,提高学生
的学习兴趣。

此外关于教具的制作我们还学到了不少的经验。

如:教具的展示,在时间上要恰到好处,过早地暴露教具,容易使学生分散注意力,所以教具一般体积不要太大。

教具的选择与运用要注意保持新颖性,因为新颖性能使学生学习的兴趣得以稳定和持续。

还有教具要有趣味性,实用性,功能多样,一物多用。

三、投入丰富的情感,激发兴趣
在英语教学研讨中,至今认为英语教学费时费力、效果差的观点仍然普遍。

很多的小学英语教师都有一个疑惑?我专心的投入为何我的课堂收益不大,武晓霞老师从学生的情感出发,告诉我们教学作为语言教学的一个过程,同时也是一个情感交流的过程。

接着武老师从自身的教学实践谈起,以自身情感投入,赏识关爱学生,如何正确把握情感教育来激发学生的学习兴趣,以“三个带进”来优化教学氛围。

1、把激情带进课堂。

总是以饱满、高昂的激情和良好的心境上好每一堂课,寓教于乐。

不管个人、家里有多大难以处理的事,都不把个人的情绪带到课堂。

2.把微笑带进课堂。

在课堂上,我常常以自己的眼神、语调来表达对学生的爱,创设一个轻松愉快的课堂社会氛围。

3.把欢乐带进课堂。

常常用幽默风趣的话语来拨动学生的心弦,使学生在乐学中渐渐做到会学、善学。


之武老师是用平等的师生关系沟通情感教育,用细微的身教体现情感教育,用无私的爱心表露情感教学,在教学之外扩展情感教育来收获自己的教学成果的。

从上述的讲座中我们不难看出,要想成为一名优秀的小学英语教师,以下几点是必备的:1、教师大方得体,要有感染力。

2、教师语言基本功要扎实,语音语调要纯正,口语要恰当流利。

3、教学设计上,要围绕如何激发学生学习兴趣,培养学生自主学习能力,如何让学生动脑子学英语等方面,设计出灵活,得当,有效的教学步骤。

这证明我校小学英语教学走的路子是正确的,这次活动我想这样的收获一定会让我们一线教师信心倍增!
希望自己能多参加这样的活动,学习别人的长处,不断提高自己的业务水平。

英语教研活动心得(2):
本学期,我区小学英语也开展了集体备课,在集体备课时,我们主要讨论上课内容、重点、难点、注意点及学生容易出错的地方、教学策略等等,大家有备而来,发言踊跃,不管是经验丰富的老教师还是刚刚走上讲台的新教师,都能积极地参与到群体中,各抒己见,从中使我学到了不少的教学经验,在平时的课堂实践中少走了很多弯路。

个人素质也得到充分的
展现与提高。

上周二我们在凤台小学举行了三、四年级英语集体备课活动,并且聆听了刘端老师的一节观摩课,获益菲浅。

下面就谈谈集体备课以来自己的一点体会:
一、集体备课节省了大量的备课时间,减轻了劳动强度。

过去是一个人独立思考,参考一些教学资料,备完整册的教学内容(也有的是“今年抄去年”备课方式)。

而现在,是大家合起来,共同来完成同一项任务,这样可以让我们有更多的精力,从事教材、教法的研究。

二、集体备课能使我们资源共享,提高教学效率。

为了适应新课程新颖性和选择性的需要,仅靠一本教材和教参已经无法满足现在课堂教学的需要了。

我们将查找的一些信息进行整合,为大家共享,弥补了书本材料的不足,丰富了课堂教学内容,提高了课堂效率。

三、能扬长避短,更好地发挥自己的教学水平,提高教学的质量。

一次集体备课的讨论,就是教师间的一次思想碰撞,一次碰撞就会有一次的提升,就会有一次的收获。

通过集体备课活动,教师之间改变过去“闭门造车”、
“单打独斗”的备课方式,大家群策群力,将个人的智慧和特点展现出来,取人所长、补己之短,互相学习、互相促进,能及时将教学过程中反馈来的信息及时处理,不断总结教学经验,充实教案,完善教法,在互动中提高了工作效率。

不过我建议:集体备课能不能让不同的老师以不同的风格备同一堂课,从中我们可以选择最适合自己实际的教学方法,从而使教学达到最佳的效果。

当然,我认为集体备课也不能流于形式,变成“过场主义”,通过实践我认为集体备课中应注意以下几个问题:
(1)交流性。

集体备课时要创造一种平等、民主、相互合作的氛围,要求教师人人都主动参与和发言,在集体讨论交流中相互沟通,共同提高,对每一阶段的工作,备课组教师都要有明确的分工。

(2)内容分割的连续性。

划定备课任务应考虑到教材内容的内在联系,保持其内容的连续性,一般应依据教材的章(节)来划分较为合适,切忌人为地将教材割裂开来。

不然,容易将整块的内容零乱分散,学生很难对它有一个整体的认识。

(3)集体备课不等于统一教案。

集体备课,更注重的是教师个性化的劳动,它要求教师从过去不分轻重缓急备整册教材,转
变为现在集中精力,深入钻研,精心备好一单元或者几个单元的教学内容,最重要的是不是第一次的备课好了,等你拿到教案的时候,并不意味着你的备课也完成了。

因为各班学生有其各自的特殊性,课时教案也应发挥教师的主观能动性,要在大纲的指导下,创造性地去设计。

否则,将出现“千人一面”的被动局面,效果会适得其反。

再次,在每次集体备课时,我觉得还应该回馈一下前次集体备课的主题,反馈一下实际的教学效果。

这样,及时研讨再及时回馈形成完整的教学流程,这样才能有好的收获。
