【摘要】目的：探讨阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床治疗效果。方法：采用

随机分组的方式将2017年1月至2019年12月我院门诊收治的冠心病合并高脂血症患者200例分成两组，每组100例，针对两组患者都进行了常规治疗，在此基础上对照组加用血脂康

胶囊治疗，观察组100例加用阿托伐他汀钙片，对两组患者的临床治疗效果、治疗前后血脂

指标以及治疗期间不良反应发生概率进行对比分析。结果：观察组患者治疗前的低密度脂蛋

白胆固醇（LDL-C）、甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）与对照组相比无显著差异，差异不具有统计学意义（p>0.05），治疗后两组患者的指标都有所改善，但观察组的LDL-C、TG、TC

显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05），观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，治疗期间发生腹泻、呕吐、肌肉疼痛等不良反应率显著低于对照组，差异显著具有统计学意

义（p<0.05）。结论：针对冠心病合并高脂血症的治疗，在常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀

钙片能够显著改善血脂指标，提高临床治疗效果，降低不良反应发生概率，值得在临床上推

广应用。

Abstract：Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia.Methods：200 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups，100 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional treatment.On this basis，the control group was treated with Xuezhikang Capsule，and the observation group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets After the treatment of

lipid indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions during the comparative analysis.Results：before treatment，there was no significant difference in LDL-C，TG and TC between the observation group and the control group（P > 0.05）.After treatment，the indexes of the two groups were improved，but the LDL-C，TG and TC of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P < 0.05）The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the incidence of diarrhea，vomiting，muscle pain and other adverse reactions during the treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.Conclusion：for the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with hyperlipidemia，atorvastatin calcium tablets

on the basis of conventional treatment can significantly improve blood lipid indicators，improve

the clinical treatment effect，reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，which is worthy of clinical application.

冠心病在临床上又称缺血性心肌病，主要是因为冠状动脉狭窄或心肌供血不足而导致心肌功

能障碍或者心肌坏死[1]。该病在心脏疾病中最为常见，极可能诱发心肌梗死、心肌衰竭或者

心律失常，有较高的致死率与致残率，对人类健康有很高的威胁[2]。高脂血症常诱发冠心病，对血脂加以控制能有效延缓患者动脉粥样硬化，有效防止冠心病的发生或缓解期发展进程[3]。本文现就对阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床疗效进行探讨，现报道如下。

1.一般资料与方法

选取2017年1月至2019年12月我院门诊收治的冠心病合并高脂血症患者200例，这些患

者符合WHO制定的心血管及冠心病等诊断标准，排除对阿托伐他汀過敏者、血清ALT或

ART以及TBIL高于参考范围者、孕妇及哺乳期妇女、存在肝肾功能疾病者。本次研究得到了
