变截面 钢 欧标

欧标工字钢和H型钢是工程中常用的结构材料。

欧标工字钢的翼缘是变截面,靠腹板部厚,外部薄。

例如,IPE系列欧标工字钢的规格从IPE80到IPE600,公称厚度可以从3.2mm 到12mm不等,米重范围从6.0KG到158.0KG。

而欧标H型钢有两种类型:HEA型和HEB型。

HEA型欧标H型钢截面高度较高,腹板厚度较薄,抗弯强度和承重能力较好,适用于需要较高支撑力的建筑结构,如高层建筑、桥梁、隧道等。

其尺寸范围为100mm×100mm到400mm×200mm,截面高度可以是100mm 到400mm,腹板厚度可以是5mm到15mm。

HEB型欧标H型钢则适用于框架结构和面板结构,其截面高度较低,腹板厚度较厚,抗弯强度和承重能力相对较弱,但具有较好的稳定性和抗扭性能,适用于需要承受水平荷载和扭转荷载的结构。

其尺寸范围为100mm×100mm 到300mm×150mm,截面高度可以是100mm到300mm,腹板厚度可以是6mm到18mm。
