四、项目定位 / Project Positioning
在不影响现有院区工作的前提下完成医院的改扩建工程，要求布局合理、流程顺畅、保障有力、运行 经济、节能环保、人文关怀、外观时尚。其功能设置及医疗流程需按国家三级甲等医院的标准和国际 JCI认证标准进行设计。改扩建工程完成后南山医院将承担如下区域中心功能： Complete the extension project without impacting current service of the hospital. The design shall provide rational layout, smooth circulation, strong support, economic operation, energy-saving and environment friendliness, humanism and fashionable outlook. Design the functions and medical processes according to upper first-class hospital standard and JCI certification standard. 5.1 建设内容：拆除现有的门诊楼、行政综合楼，新建门诊医技楼、行政综合楼、外科住院大楼以
及连接各建筑物的连廊；对现有的内科住院楼、放射楼、感染科进行改造；对家属楼及学生公 寓楼进行立面改造。 5.1 Construction contents: Demolish existing Outpatient Building, Office Building. Build Outpatient & Technical Building, Office Building, Surgical Inpatient Building and corridors that connect the buildings. Upgrade existing Internal Medicine Inpatient Building, Radiology Building and Infectious Disease Department. Renovate the elevation of Employee Apartment and Student Apartment. 5.2 各部分面积指标：急诊部5070平方米、门诊部30420平方米、医技科室40560平方米、住院部 64220平方米、保障系统13520平方米、行政管理6760平方米、院内生活8450平方米、科研 4400平方米、教学1200平方米、预防保健300平方米、体检2400平方米、连廊等灰空间1500平 方米。 （备注：上述指标以《综合医院建设标准》2008版，以及《深圳市医院建设标准指引》（试行） 作为指导，并结合医院现状和特殊需求测算得出。投标单位需严格遵守，但分摊到各栋楼的面 积及功能组成由各设计单位自定） 5.2 Area indexes of each section: Emergency Department 5,070 m²; Outpatient Department – 30,420 m²; Technical rooms 40,560 m²; Inpatient Department 64,220 m²; Back-of-house – 13,520 m²; Office 6,760 m²; Living space 8,450 m²; R&D 4,400 m²; Teaching 1,200 m²; Preventative health care 300 m²; Physical examination 2,400 m²; Corridor and other gray spaces – 1,500 m². 深圳市南山区人民医院（简称南山医院）又名深圳市第六人民医院，坐落于深圳特区西部的南头半 岛，院区东临南山大道，北临桃园路，交通便利，地铁一号线桃园站出入口位于院区东北角。 Shenzhen Nanshan Hospital, or Shenzhen 6th Hospital, is located in Nantou Peninsula on the west of Shenzhen Special Zone, with Nanshan Blvd to its east and Taoyuan Road to its north. The communication is convenient. Entrance of Taoyuan Station of Metro Line 1 is arranged to the northeast of the hospital.
