1. Introduction 介绍

This is a document about mechanical strength tests (safety related). In this document, testing standards are shown, and testing procedure of each mechanical test is defined.

4.1.3 Testing Procedure

Bare lamp 裸灯

Insert the cap into the holder, wear the gloves, hold the burner (close to the plastic parts), and bend the lamp by the bending axis (see Figure 6).

把灯头插入夹具,戴上手套,握住灯管(尽量靠近塑料件部分),然后以灯头为转轴中心,缓慢平稳向下扳曲(见图6)。

带罩灯的扳力测试方法。

This test intends to check the connecting strength for different parts of the lamp by torsion.

该测试是用扭曲来测试整灯各个部件之间的连接强度。

4.2.2 Standard 标准(IEC 60968):

The cap shall remain firmly attached to the bulb or that part of the lamp which is used for screwing the lamp in or out when subjected to the torque levels listed below, and there is no any movement between the different parts of the lamp.

进行扳矩试验时,灯头应该牢固的粘结在灯体上或者灯上用来旋进或旋出的部位,灯的各个部件之间不能有任何松动。

The test is made by means of the test holders shown in figures 8 and 10. The torque shall not be applied suddenly, but shall be increased continuously from zero to the specified value. In the case of uncemented caps, relative movement between cap and the other part is permitted provided it does not exceed 10°. After the mechanical strength test the sample shall comply with the requirements of accessibility.

实验采用图8和9 所示的试验夹具,扭力不应突然施加,而应逐渐从零增加到规定值。对于不采用粘结方式固定的灯头,机械强度试验后可允许在灯头与灯体之间有相对位移,但不得超过10°。
