Design Office Building of Xinzhou
Abstract
This project is a total construction area of about 8000 ㎡ , xinzhou city complex building structure form for the reinforced concrete frame structure, basement, ground roughness for class B, 8 degree seismic fortification. By the architectural design and structural design of two parts. Simple field and foundation conditions. Design process follows the first order after construction, the design of the structure, architectural design results include layout, traffic organization, as well as functional partition. Concrete frame structure system and the structure arrangement; Estimated size; To determine the cell diagram calculation model and calculation; The load calculation; Internal force calculation and combination. The references which are cited in the thesis includes: Load code for the design of building structures; Code for design of concrete structures; Code for seismic design of buildings, etc. The results, meeting the engineering requirements, can be applied into real construction.

XXX 综合楼设计
摘 要
本工程是 XXX 市综合楼总建筑面积约 8000 ㎡,结构形式为七层钢筋混凝土框架 结构,无地下室,地面粗糙度为 B 类,8 度抗震设防。由建筑设计和结构设计俩部分 组成。场地和地基条件简单。 设计过程遵循先建筑、后结构的设计顺序,建筑设计成果包含平面布置、交通组 织布置、以及功能分区。结构设计成果多层钢筋混凝土框架结构。混凝土框架结构进 行了结构体系与结构布置;初估构件尺寸;确定计算单元计算模型及计算简图;荷载 计算;内力计算及组合。 本文的计算过程根据《建筑结构荷载规范》、《混凝土结构设计规范》、《建筑 抗震设计规范》、《钢结构设计规范》等现行规范,且计算结果满足工程要求,可直 接用于实际施工中。
