夏季行车注意事项

夏季高温、多雨，是车辆安全事故多发的季节，现将相关事宜通知如下:

High temperature and rainy days make summer the season when a lot of vehicle safety accidents happen, the relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

一、防机体过热：夏季环境温度高，发动机容易过热。因此，夏季应加强对发动机冷却系统的检查、保养，及时清除水箱、水套中的水垢和散热器芯片间嵌入的杂物；认真检查节温器、水泵、风扇的工作性能，损坏的应及时修复，同时注意调整好风扇皮带的张紧度；及时加注冷却水。当水温超过100℃时，应在荫凉处停车降温，让发动机怠速运转，并掀开发动机罩以利散热。当水箱开锅、发动机过热时，切勿将发动机熄火（电机驱动风扇的除外），也不可向发动机泼冷水，以防机体炸裂。

Therefore, in summer, we should strengthen the checking and maintenance of engine cooling system, and timely remove the scale in the water tank, the water jacket and debris embedded in radiator chips; Carefully check the performance of the

thermostat, water pump, and fan, the damage should be repaired in time, at the same time, pay attention to adjust the tension of the fan belt; Filling the cooling water in time. When the water temperature exceeds 100 degrees, stop the car in the shade to cool, let the engine stop and rest, and open the engine cover to lose heat. When the water tank boiling and the engine overheating, the driver shall never use engine flameout (motor - driven fan except), nor to pour cold water on the engine to prevent the explosion of the body.

二、防燃油气阻：温度越高，燃油（特别是汽油）蒸发越快，越容易在油路中形成气阻。因此，夏季应及时清洗燃油滤清器，保证油路畅通。

Rule two, prevent air resistance of gas fuel: the higher the temperature is, the faster the evaporation of the fuel (especially gasoline) is, the easier it is to form the air resistance in the oil path. Therefore, in summer, the fuel filter should be cleaned in time to ensure the smooth flow of oil.

三、防制动失灵：制动液在高温环境中易蒸发汽化，在制动管路中形成气阻，制动蹄片也容易烧蚀，造成制动失灵。因此，夏季应及时检查调整制动系统，及时添加或更换制动液，彻底排净液压制动系统中的空气，并保证制动皮碗、制动软管和制动蹄片的完好，行车中如发现制动踏板变“软”时，

应及时排气；下长坡途中应注意停车“晾”刹，保证制动性能良好；若发现制动毂发烫，应停车降温，但不可浇泼冷水，以防制动毂破裂。

Rule three, prevent brake failure: brake fluid in the high temperature environment is easy to evaporate, form air resistance in the brake pipe, brake shoe is also easy to ablate, resulting in brake failure. Therefore, the brake system should be timely checked and adjusted in summer，to add or replace the brake fluid in a timely manner，completely clean the air in the hydraulic brake system，and to ensure the completion of the brake leather bowl, brake hose, brake hoof piece，if the brake pedal is found to be "soft", the air should be timely exhausted; should pay attention to parking brake “tightly” now and then in the way of downhill to ensure good braking performance；If the brake hub is hot, stop and cooling, but no pouring of cold water，to prevent the brake hub rupture.

四、防车胎爆裂：夏季机车轮胎内的气压会随着温度的升高而升高，容易产生爆胎事故。因此，出车前应适当降低车胎气压。若行车中胎温过高时，应及时将车停于荫凉处休息降温，切勿采用泼冷水的办法降温，否则易使胎层拉裂；也不得采用放气的方法降温降压，否则胎温胎压还会继续上升。
