When was he born第二课时教学反思When was he born第二课时教学反思第二课时的主要内容是文章阅读及“When”引导的时间状语从句的用法。

不仅要对学生进行阅读策略的引导,而且能使学生从文章中轻松并顺利地找到信息句。

并要既和阅读文章相关,又能联系学生生活,而且在这同时又练习了时间状语从句。

始终要把学生放在中心地位,以学生感兴趣并能学到知识为目的。

正基于此,我是这样处理本课时的内容的:首先,利用阅读文章中名人的图片,将对即将进行的阅读内容中的障碍一一扫除,在看似随意地介绍过程中,将两篇文章中重、难点词汇和句型全部呈现。

比如:“tooto…”句型和时间状语从句。

并在呈现时,结合对人物的介绍,给学生播放该人物的视频,使学生兴趣盎然,又使阅读课跳出了传统的沉闷的氛围。

接着用“learned to do sth…” “started doing sth” “first did sth”句型和时间状语从句,结合学生自身的实际情况来畅所欲言,使学生在不经意间练习了状语从句。

最后,进行小组采访,谈论自身的兴趣、爱好以及这些活动开始的时间和现在决定要做的事。

既将本课输入的内容进行了产出,又升华了主题。

总的来说,这节课时间非常紧凑,学生的参与度也较高,顺利地完成了教学任务。

我觉得这节课的最大亮点是:每个步骤的`衔接自然流畅,一环扣一环。

比如在阅读过程中,完成了表格填写之后,大多数学生已能顺利地从原文中找出信息句。

按照我第一稿的设计,在阅读后的巩固环节,任意给出这六位名人的信息,让学生根据第一课时的重点句型来自编对话,比如:A: Who’s Shirley Temple? B: She is a movie star A: When did she become a movie star? B: When she was 3 years old. 后来,怎么想都觉得不恰当,原因是如果这样练下去,虽然课堂气氛会很活跃,因为比较简单。

按照备课思路,以小组竞赛的方式展开,整堂课上下来比较顺畅,学生反应积极,在输出部分,能灵活地运用本节课的新知识,总之,这是一节以学生为主体,联系学生实际,重视培养学生综合运用语言能力的成功的课。

首先,设计别出心裁,对教材进行了重组,将SectionB的1a部分提到了这一课时,使学生在描述名人或者自己喜欢的人物时能有更多的选择,为最后的文段输出打下了较好的基础。

事实证明,这样的设计合理、科学,在我校学生中可以畅通无阻。

可在我的第一稿设计中却非如此,完全按照教科书的编排顺序,在和本备课组和本科组老师的集体研讨下,几易其稿,最后,才成了现在的面目。

如果将SectionA2a的听力再放到第一课时,听力内容就稍显偏多,对话及句型练习的时间就会被压缩,而后面的内容扩展就不会水到渠成,让学生进行文段的输出也会显得捉襟见肘。

但是,北京奥运会已走远,正在进行的“东亚运动会”的影响力又不如奥运那么广泛,用哪一个运动员?“郭晶晶”还是“刘子歌”?举棋不定,主要是觉得不自然,太牵强。

如果是用运动员来导入新课的话,怎么和学生自己相联系?如果一下子描述了好几个的话,学生对句型会很熟悉,这样未尝不可,也可轻松联系到学生本人及家人的`出生日期和他们的工作,但是,接下来的听力怎么办?又再转回到运动员那里,岂不是显得太杂乱,脉络不清晰。
