摘要

电能作为一种特殊的商品具有生产与使用同时进行和无实物可见的特性,为了使电能在流通环节上不造成无谓的损失,我们的供电部门要做好全方位的管理工作,特别是防窃电的打击方面上。根据众多窃电案例显示,窃电多从计量装置入手,因为计量箱内具隐蔽性,不容易被发现,所以作为反窃电人员必须做到一丝不苟。电能表计量电量是由电压、电流、功率因数三要素和时间的乘积决定。因此,在改变三要素中的任何一个都可以使电能表慢转、停转甚至反转。

通过对窃电现象的分析及防止对策的探讨,为供电企业提供一些反窃电的方法和思路,以进一步提高供电企业反窃电的技术水平。

Abstract

Electricity as a special commodity producti on and use at the same time and no real visible characteristics, in order to make the power not to causeunnecessary losses in circulation, the electricity sector we to do a full range ofma nageme nt, especially aga inst anti electricity steali ng. Accordi ng tonu merous theft case, steali ng from the meteri ng device of measuri ng box,because the secret, not easy to be found, so as the electricity anti steali ngpers onnel must be strict in on e's dema nds. The electric en ergy meteri ngcharge is determ ined by the product of three eleme nts and the time of voltage,curre nt, power factor. Therefore, cha nges in the three eleme nts of any one can make the electric energy meter turn slow, stop or even reverse. Through the analysis on the phenomenon of electricity stealing and coun termeasures, and provide some anti
