Responsibilities
•T o provide secretarial, administrative and business support to senior leaders •T o provide personal assistant to handle phone calls, messages, incoming and outgoing mail, expense claim, maintain the calendars etc for senior leaders •T o undertake general administrative duties for senior leaders including visa application and hotel bookings; diary/calendar and meeting / appointment
arrangement etc.
•T o manage meeting preparations, take and issue minutes of meeting and manage follow up actions as required on behalf of senior leaders
•T o prepare, translate, type, edit and copy documents including strategy documents, board meeting documents, presentation slides, communication
letters, speech, reports, meeting materials etc.
•B e the senior coordinator/administrator at major company events & customer meetings, including management of cost budgets and lessons learned •E ffective communication and coordination with internal and external clients
•A ny other special tasks, duties or assignments given or ordered by senior leaders
・ Provide secretarial and daily admin support to our Partners and their teams, e.g. hotel and flight ticket booking, expense reimbursement, visa etc. 为合伙人及项目团队提供日常工作支持, 如预定酒店及机票, 整理报销单, 协助申请签证等
・ Office administration support as required 其他办公室日常事务
Requirements:
・ Bachelor degree or equivalent in administration or related field 行政管理或相关专业本科学历
・ At least 3 years secretarial experience in foreign enterprise三年以上外企秘书或行政工作经验
・ Excellent command of English ( at least CET-6) both in oral and writing 中英文表达流利(英
语六级以上)
・ Excellent computer skills ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint等办公软件
・ Good problem solving skills, with 'can-do' attitude 能独立分析、解决问题
・ Good interpersonal skills 具有良好的人际沟通能力
・ Organized, efficient, cheerful and hardworking 工作有条理, 有效率, 乐观努力
1. Bachelor degree or above in polymer science, chemical engineering or chemistry
2. Above 5 years sales experience in polymer industry or related field; working experience in petrochemical enterprises is preferred
3. Good communication and business development skill
4. Good command of English in writing and speaking
5. Willing to travel frequently
6. Self- motivated personality for learning new things
7. Capable of working independently with customers
