Title Theory research on the distribution of magnetic field of the irregular permanent magnet
Abstract
With the development of science and technology, more and more application of permanent magnetic materials widely, and now has become an essential part of our daily life, permanent magnetic material and usually used mainly the alloy permanent magnetic materials and permanent magnetic ferrite material two categories, according to the different nature and multi classification. Permanent magnetic material widely used in various fields of electronics, electrical, machinery, transportation, medical treatment and daily necessities, such as permanent magnet loudspeaker, telephone receiver。 magnetic system of magnetoelectric ammeter。generator, permanent magnet motor pole。the machine manufacturing industry with permanent magnet device (permanent magnetic chuck as surface grinding machine etc.> and maglev system, magnetic bearing。magnetic separation system, magnetic separation, magnetic mineral water purification system, a magnetron, a proton accelerator magnetic system etc.This paper introduces the basic conceptsfirstly , the main use of permanent magnet, the elements and choices of these materials as the permanent magnet, and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages. However, there are many parameters need to be considered for the permanent magnet, to study how to control and maintain the magnet, magnetic field distribution of irregular magnet circumstances, is of great help for the production and use of everyday, focuses on the analysis of the microscopic mechanism of magnetic field generation. Next, we selected three kinds of shape rectangular type, U type and triangle type permanent magnets of the three magnets using linear simulation COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software.Finally draws the conclusion: have a great relationship with the magnet field distribution of shape, material, boundary conditions and external temperature, pressure, medium, but with the distance gradually far, magnetic field produced by the magnet correspondingly weaker.
