General DescriptionThe ERV091N Series, Normally Open, Pressure Control Valves are used on systems requiring variable electronic control of pressure. They are well suited for increase or decrease of pressure in load control circuits for higher flow applications up to 30 LPM(8 GPM).OperationWith the solenoid coil de-energized, the pilot dart is held open by the spring. This allows the main spool to open at 10.4 Bar (150 PSI). As current is applied to the coil, the pilot dart is moved towards the pilot seat restricting pilot flow. This restriction raises the effective pressure setting of the valve. Once a constant elec-tronic signal is given, the pilot dart is held in a given position, holding a given pressure setting. This is maintained by a balance between electronic force andinlet pressure. As the electronic signal is reduced, the pilot dart is moved away from the pilot seat. This lowers the effective pressure setting of the valve. ApplicationThe SCP pressure sensor belongs to the Parker family of accessories provided to complement electronic control systems. The SCP sensor family is a range of 0-5 V pressure transmitters for mobile hydraulic applications. These transmitters are available in three standard pressure ranges; 35 bar (507 psi), 250 bar (3625 psi) and 500 bar (7250 psi). The sensors feature compact construction, high linearity and excellent electromagnetic interference resistance.PropertiesReliabilityThe SCP has stainless steel construction for strength. The sensor cells use thin film technology with no internal o-rings or fluid. The high pressure capability makes the sensor very robust and able to withstand heavy vibrations.Electromagnetic immunityThe design of the SCP separates the sensor electronics from the connector. This ensures a high level of EMI protection.InstallationThe interface type of the SCP is a SAE 6 (9/16”-18UNF) thread with o-ring seal. The connector is a sealed, Deutsch DT type and is integrated into the sensor body. The sealed connector gives the sensor protection for exposed outdoor applications. A non-rotating lower stem helps to extend packing life by removing rotation from the packing area. If an item sold hereunder is subject to a claim that it infringes the Intellectual Property Rights of a third party, Seller may, at its sole expense and option, procure for Buyer the right to continue using said item, replace or modify said item so as to make it noninfringing, or offer to accept return of said item and return the purchase price less a reasonable allowance for depreciation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall have no liability for claims of infringement based on information provided by Buyer, or directed to items delivered hereunder for which the designs are specified in whole or part by Buyer, or infringements resulting from the modification, combination or use in a system of any item sold hereunder. SCP 迷你型压⼒传感器由于其紧凑的结构、⾼线性和优秀的抗⼲扰能⼒⽽备受关注。

特定⽤途集成电路(ASIC )是⼀种可编程的精密CMOS-ASIC, 携带了EEPROM 资料存储器和模拟信号通道,适⽤温度范围很⼴。

由于电路校准功能,因此传感器的误差很⼩,稳定性很⾼,同时还能抗电磁⼲扰。

压⼒是由零起始点和长期稳定的测量元件测量得出的。

传感器外壳采⽤的是密封式焊接不锈钢,真空紧密性很好,同时具有防爆功能。

其标准的G1/4 BSPP 连接螺纹采⽤防腐蚀不锈钢材料,有很好的介质兼容性。

The reproducibility is determined by performing two short subsequent calibration cycles. The greatest difference is indicated as ± non-conformity. The greatest errors occur at the beginning,the end and in the middle of the measuring range.HysteresisHysteresis is the difference in the output signal of the sensor, if first an increasing and then a decreasing pressure cycle of short duration at constant temperature is applied. Hysteresis is indicated as a percentage of the full output signal (FSO) and represented as a % error.The pressure of the measur-ing fluid is exerted on the separating membrane of the piezoresistive pressure element. The separating membrane transmits the applied pressure via theseparating liquid to the sensor silicon chip 1 .The piezoresistive, tempera-ture compensated Wheat-stone measuring bridge is fed by a constant-voltage source 2 . The output signal of the measuring bridge is amplified in a difference amplifier having high input resistance 3 and good common-mode rejec-tion. Two seperate inputs are available for seperate or continiuos monitoring of maximum permissable system pressures.Both switching values are indepently adjustable of each other over the full measuring range. The switching point hysteresis remains consistent.It is also possible to adjust the switching points using the SensoControl handmeters.Both, the switching point values and the currentpressure can be displayed.The operational voltage for the pressure switch is supplied by the handmeter (see fig. 1).During installation, thepressure switch can be used as a sensor for the hand-meter. To trace pressure peaks, or switchinghysteresis the thermo printer can be used.The switch output allows simple adjustment to adjust set points for normal open or normal closed operation.Currents up to 0.5A can be switched directly.The status display at the plug connection shows the switch conditions of the respective outputs.The pressure switch canoperate equally effectively with supply voltages from 11 to 30volts, and has over voltage as well as polarity protection. The PE terminal must be low-resistance grounding. The protective earth resistance must be measured according to VDE 0701.Supply Voltage:The recommended supply voltage at which each standard sensor is to be operated, is indicated for the respective sensor series. We recommend using a low-noise, constant voltage source of high quality. Some specifications, such as sensitivity and thermal sensitivity shift, will change if a supply voltage other than the recommended supply voltage is used. Each sensor is designed for top performance. If the sensor is used with a supply voltage other than the one indicated, this will lead to a change in performance of the sensor. 迷你型SCP 压力传感器符合工业应用要求,主要用于控制、调节和监测系统,输出随压力变化的模拟信号。

结构
SCP 迷你型压力传感器只包含少量零部件:传感元件、信号处理集成电路和一个转换开关。

特定用途集成电路(ASIC )是一种可编程的精密CMOS-ASIC, 携带了EEPROM 资料存储器和模拟信号通道,适用温度范围很广。

由于电路校准功能,因此传感器的误差很小,稳定性很高,同时还能抗电磁干扰。

压力是由零起始点和长期稳定的测量元件测量得出的。

传感器外壳采用的是密封式焊接不锈钢,真空紧密性很好,同时具有防爆功能。

其标准的G1/4 BSPP 连接螺纹采用防腐蚀不锈钢材料,有很好的介质兼容性。

应用
多种信号输出形式和插口形式使该传感器具有广泛的应用范围。

由于它的一系列优点:耐久性、高精度、高可靠性及坚固的不锈钢结构,该传感器非常适合在液压和气动设备中长期使用。
