2.把随机附带旳软件光盘放入电脑光驱里面,软件会自动安装,安装完毕后,系统会提醒选择主机型号和通讯类型,请选择MP150和TCP/IP选项。

3.查看计算机旳IP地址设置,一定要设置成为自动获取IP地址。

查看措施是:在网上邻居图标上点击鼠标右键,选择属性,双击当地连接图标,点击属性按钮,找到Internet协议(TCP/CP选项并双击,选择“自动获取IP地址”和“自动获取DNS服务器地址”。

X show图文编辑软件采取节目管理方式,您可以将您需要显示的内容编辑为若干个节目,节目可以在您指定的时间段内播放,也可以播放一定的时间长度。

X show图文编辑软件可以脱离控制卡进行内容编辑,完成内容编辑后再连接控制卡传输数据或者使用u盘,把数据导入u盘,再传入控制卡中,同时也支持遥控控制互联网以外的控制卡显示屏上的内容。

Only trained personnel can install and operate the product, and when installing and operating the product, the operators must strictly follow the related industrial safety specifications and the precautions and special safety guide provided in this manual to perform operations properly.1 Interface description1.1 Interface introductionCover plates are provided for the extension cable interfaces and user terminals of the IVC-EH-4DA module, as shown in Figure 1-1. It can be connected to an IVC3 series system through hard connection, that is, inserting it into the extension interface of any extension module of the main module or system, as shown in Figure 1-3.After the IVC-EH-4DA module is connected to the system, its extensioninterface can also be used to connect another extension module of the IVC3 series, such as the I/O extension module, VC-EH-4AD, IVC-EH-4TC, or another IVC-EH-4DA. The main module of an IVC3 series PLC can be extended with multiple I/O extension modules and special function modules. The number of extension modules depends on the power that the module can supply. Pay attention to the following seven aspects:1. It is recommended that you connect the analog output by using a shielded twisted-pair cable, and keep the cable away from power cables or other cables that may cause electrical interference.2. Adopt the single-point grounding mode at the load end of the output cable.3. If electrical noise or voltage fluctuation occurs in the output, it is recommended that you configure a smoothing capacitor (0.1μF to 0.47μF/25V).4. Do not short-circuit the voltage output or connect the current load to the voltage output terminal. Otherwise, IVC-EH-4DA may be damaged.5. Ground the ground terminal PG of the module properly. 6. The auxiliary 24 V DC output power supply or any other power supplythat meets requirements can be used as the analog power supply. 7. User programs on the PLC can use this code to identify the special module IVC-EH-4DA before transmitting or receiving data.3 Characteristic settingThe input channel characteristic of IVC-EH-4DA is the linear relationship between the analog output A and digital input D of the channel. You can set the characteristic. Each channel can be understood as the model shown in Figure 3-1. Since it is linear, the characteristic of a channel can be determined by identifying two points, P0 (A0, D0) and P1 (A1, D1). D0 indicates the channel digital input when the analog output is A0, and D1 indicates the channel digital input when the analog output is A1.Figure 3-2 Default channel characteristic of each mode when D0 and D1 are not modifiedIf D0 and D1 of a channel are modified, the characteristic of the channel is changed. D0 and D1 can be set to any value ranging from -10000 to +1000. If the setting exceeds the range, IVC-EH-4DA does not receive the setting and keep the original valid setting.4 Application instance4.1 Configuring the extension module through the configuration interfaceExample: The address of the IVC-EH-4DA module is 1 (for the addressing method of special function modules, see the IVC-EH-4DA Series PLC User Manual). Channel 1 is disabled, channel 2 is set to output voltage signals (-10 V–+10 V), channel 3 is set to output current signals (0–20 mA), channel 4 is set to output current signals (4–20 mA), and the to-be-transmitted data D2 or real-time data are written into the conversion buffer register. You can configure registers directly in the provided extension module configuration interface instead of using FROM and TO instructions. The configuration steps are as follows: 1. Double-click the extension module configuration tab in the System blockcategory on Project Manager. 2. Double-click the module to be configured on the right instruction tree toadd it to the configuration. 3. After configuring all the parameters, click OK to complete theconfiguration. After the configuration is complete, the user program needs only to use the configured D element to communicate with the special function module instead of using FROM and TO instructions. After the compiling is verified, the system block is downloaded to the main module with the user program. The following figure shows the modification of the characteristics shown in Figure3-2. Channel 1 is disabled, the characteristic of channel 2 is modified to A in Figure 3-2, that of channel 3 is modified to B, that of channel 4 is modified to C, and data registers D2, D3, and D4 are used to receive the conversion results of the average values.User notice1. X show图文编辑软件采取节目管理方式,您可以将您需要显示的内容编辑为若干个节目,节目可以在您指定的时间段内播放,也可以播放一定的时间长度。

X show图文编辑软件可以脱离控制卡进行内容编辑,完成内容编辑后再连接控制卡传输数据或者使用u盘,把数据导入u盘,再传入控制卡中,同时也支持遥控控制互联网以外的控制卡显示屏上的内容。

2 控制卡种类(1)X0S,u盘导入内容和串口通讯,面积是:1024*256,双色面积减半,支持16个节目,不支持动态背景。

(2)XQ2,u盘导入内容和串口通讯,面积是:1024*256,双色面积减半,支持16个节目,不支持动态背景。

(3)X2,u盘导入内容,面积是512*32,支持16个节目,支持动态背景(4)XU2,u盘导入内容,面积是:512*32,双色面160*32,支持16个节目,支持动态背景。

3 启动软件首先从光盘中拷贝一份软件,正常情况,光盘里面是有两份相同的软件,一份是压缩包的形式,一份是文件夹的形式。

如客户电脑如没有安装解压工具的,压缩包软件是一个不正常的文件形式存在,那就直接拷贝文件夹的软件。

如有压缩包的,建议客户拷贝压缩包放在电脑上面,如果软件报错,或者文件丢失,可以重新解压一份软件。

如图:打开软件安装包,双击.exe文件,选择安装时使用的语言,点击“确定”进入下一步,点击“取消”放弃安装,界面如下图:继续点击“下一步”,如下图:点击“浏览”选择安装位置,点击“下一步”,如下图:点击“浏览”选择放置程序快捷方式位置,建议创建快键方式,点击“下一步”,如下图:点击“安装”,耐心等待数秒,软件安装中如下图:需要立即打开软件则勾选“运行X Show图文编辑软件”,稍后开启软件,则不勾选,点击“结束”,稍后自行打开如下图:软件界面※工程文件所存在的目录:客户此软件编辑内容生成的工程文件所保存的地方。

※菜单栏:提供所有的操作命令※工具栏:提供常用命令的快捷按钮※节目管理区域:显示所有的显示屏及其下属的节目和区域※图片和动画资源库:软件提供的大量的常见的图标和动画※虚拟显示屏调整栏:可以放大缩小显示屏幕,当显示屏幕面积比较大的时候,需要注意上下和左右滚动条,同时也可以观察区域内容编辑的情况※显示屏屏幕信息栏:鼠标点击屏幕时,显示的当前屏幕里面设置的简单参数,如鼠标放在节目上面时,显示的是当前节目设置的信息;如鼠标放在区域上面时,显示的是当前区域的参数。

4 连接控制卡就以X8为例4.1串口通讯串口通讯,需要的工具,一根232直连的数据线和一个com口,如没有com,需要安装一个pci串口或者usb转232串口。

查屏,主要是针对客户不知道COM口是多少,如图:点击“设置”进入“通讯参数”,选择串口,设置正确的时延和帧长度,点击“下一步”,如下图:时延:这是一个通讯参数,是指当软件发送一个命令后等待控制卡回复等待的时间,如果超过这个时间就认为通讯线路有问题,或者控制卡不存在。

串口通讯时直接使用默认参数就可以了,网络通讯或者是GPRS通讯时可能会因为网络不好或者路由器处理能力弱等因素造成通讯延时较长,如果会有通讯时好时坏的情况可以考虑把这个参数适当加长帧长度:是指通讯中每帧数据的字节长度,对于网络通讯和GPRS通讯时建议使用512和256,串口通讯建议使用最大值选择正确的串口(可以通过查屏获取端口号),点击“通讯测试”,如下图:通讯测试成功,保存并退出,或点击“设置屏体参数”直接进入屏体参数界面,如下图:开始设置屏参(具体见设置屏体参数部分),注意:单元板类型一定不能选择错了,否则显示屏显示乱码。

4.2网口通讯网口通讯需要的工具,一根网线,一个EM4.0网络模块,一根10芯扁平线。

注意:扁平线的方向不要错了,与控制卡与显示屏之间的排线接法是一样的。

如图:如何网口通讯:通过“设置”进入“通讯参数”界面,选择“网口”如下图:输入对应的IP地址(控制卡IP)和端口号,点击“通讯测试”,如下图:通讯成功,点击“保存并退出”,或点击“设置屏体参数”进入屏体参数界面开始设置屏体参数,如下图:通讯成功,如果内容发送的时候,偶尔会失败,或者内容少,发送成功;内容多,发送失败,则需把时延值设大点4.3 GPRS或互联网通讯通过“设置”进入“通讯参数”界面,选择gprs或互联网,设置正确的时延和帧长度,点击“下一步”,如下图:输入对应的设备ID、服务器IP地址和端口号,如下图:设备ID:这个是公司配置模块生成的一组唯一的号码,每一个模块的ID号码都是唯一的。

一般都是用标签纸贴在模块上面(可通过请求型号获取)。

GPRS服务器IP地址:这个是当前GPRS服务器的域名或者IP,如客户无固定IP,一般都会申请一个花生壳域名,这个比较稳定。

如使用公司公共服务器,域名一般默认是:端口号:这个是服务器上面的端口号,如使用公司公共服务器,端口号一般默认是:5050 点击“通讯测试”会有通讯成功或通讯失败提示4.4 U盘通讯U盘导入内容不需要通讯,编辑好内容之后,点击工具栏中的按钮,弹出导入U盘界面,如下图:插入U盘,界面会显示相应的USB驱动器、可用容量、文件格式选择需要导入的USB驱动器,如果不需要校时、亮度调节、定时开关屏,则直接导入,如果需要,则勾选相应的功能,并设置,然后导入U盘,提示导入成功,u盘应该是4个文件或者6个文件,只要选择校时和亮度调试就是6个文件,如图:最后把u盘插入控制卡,就可以显示编辑的内容。

5 屏幕参数与单元板类型5.1 如何修改STR极性和数据极性经常有用户遇到一个问题,显示屏现象是红底黑字,字不亮,背景亮,即显示屏上的极性不对,遇到的最多就是数据极性,如图:STR和DATA极性可在单元板类型下方更改,如图红色区域,可通过点击,改变STR和DATA极性5.2 单元板参数点击“设置”进入屏体参数设置界面点击,弹出如左下图确认密码界面,输入密码168,点击“确认”,弹出如右下图所示,设置单元板界面,点击“参数配置模式”在弹出的设置单元板界面设置对应的参数,如下图:扫描方式:用“s”表示这个参数。

s=16表示1/16扫描;s=4表示1/4扫描。

对于户内和半户外的单元板对亮度的要求不是非常高,都是采用动态扫描的方式,如常见的F3.75双色和P10单色,分别为16扫和4扫。
