国际私法英文名词解释

1.涉外因素（foreign element）指该民商事关系的主体、客体或内容至少有一项涉及本法域外因素2.法域(law district, legal unit, legal region)，是指适用独特法律制度的特定地理区域3.国际私法中法律冲突（Conflict of Laws）两个或两个法域不同内容的法律竞相调整同一民事法律关系而导致的矛盾。
