[非常故事]袁世凯的职场之道袁世凯年轻时非常仰慕李鸿章,为了能在李氏集团谋得一个职位,他一边刻苦读兵书,一边勤奋练武,做好了充分准备。

袁世凯只拿了个拔贡的文凭,两次参加高考都名落孙山。

顺利升职后,袁世凯并没有懈怠,仍努力练兵,并成功击退觊觎朝鲜的日军,再次展现了自己的军事才能,巩固了自己的地位。
后来,中日战争爆发,袁世凯从朝鲜撤兵,回到天津。
不久,他听说张之洞要编练新军,并且已经得到朝廷的许可,对于作为武将的袁世凯来说,这可是个千载难逢的好机会,若能在新军中谋个职位,就向权力中心靠近了一步。
可是,他跟张之洞又不熟,万一对方不肯接受自己怎么办呢?为了保险起见,袁世凯立即动身,进京求见军机大臣翁同龢,大谈自己的练兵计划与设想,说得翁同龢连连点头,觉得这个年轻人见识非凡,确实有才。
于是,袁世凯知兵的美名就这样传开了,连他仰慕的李鸿章都对他赞赏有加。
后来,翁同龢和李鸿章将这个不可多得的军事人才举荐给了张之洞,编练新军正是用人之际,况且是个军事人才,那就更得重用了。
于是,袁世凯成了定武军的将领,这是一支新建陆军,有七千人之多。

现代文阅读专题一记叙文阅读记叙文是一种叙述故事的文体,它包含了时间、地点、人物以及事件的起因、经过和结果六个要素。
记叙文可以分为散文、小说等不同类型,其中散文又可分为叙事散文、抒情散文和哲理散文。
同时,在记叙文中,人称也是一个重要的因素,包括第一人称、第二人称和第三人称。
举例来说,XXX的《孔乙己》通过酒馆伙计的第一人称来叙述XXX的悲惨命运,而XXX的《雷电颂》则用“你”“你们”来叙述向风、雷、电的激情控诉,增强文章的抒情性和亲切感。
记叙顺序也是记叙文中的一个重要因素,它可以分为插叙和顺叙两种方式。
插叙是指在叙述过程中暂时中断叙述线索,插入另一个或几个与中心事件有关的情节和事件,以推动情节发展,为下文作铺垫,对主要情节起补充衬托的作用,使文章内容丰富,情节起伏,使文章结构富于变化,避免平铺直叙,增强感染力。
举例来说,XXX的《背影》在开篇点题后,插入对家庭祸不单行的追忆,既交代了写作背景,又为主体部分作好了铺垫。
而顺叙则是按照事情发生、经过和结果的顺序来写,叙事有头有尾,条理清晰,读起来脉络清楚、印象深刻。
XXX的《走一步,再走一步》就是以事件发生的时间顺序来描写。
最后,记叙线索是指以时间、地点、人物等为线索,把全篇各部分内容紧密地连接在一起。
以人为线索,把全篇各部分内容紧密地连接在一起,也是一种常见的记叙线索。
XXX的《藤野先生》就以“我”的活动地点(东京、仙台、北京)为线索安排情节。
XXX的《我的叔叔于勒》以“我”的视角来叙述故事。
他以物为线索,将事件串联起来。
比如,他描述了叔叔的卧室,叙述了他的嗜好和生活方式。
通过这些细节,读者可以更好地了解叔叔的性格和生活状态。
XXX的《羚羊木雕》以木雕为线索安排材料。
他以情感为线索,推进情节发展。
他通过描述主人公的情感变化,表达了对传统文化的珍视和对当代社会的担忧。
他还通过描写木雕的细节,突出了传统文化的美妙之处。
XXX的《心声》以主人公XXX参加公开课朗诵前后的感情变化为线索。

7 记叙文类的“读写任务”写作指导
“读写任务”记叙文类写作指导佛山市南海九江中学谭燕平资料来源:《广东教育·高中》杂志2008年第9期读写任务体现了英语课程标准的基本理念,是高中课程改革之后高考英语试题的亮点之一。
然而,考生要在短短的30分钟内,阅读完200词左右的短文,在理解全文的基础上,再用大约30词高度概括文章的内容要点,还要进行议论或记叙,最后成文。
这对大部分考生来说确非易事。
笔者在教学实践中发现,可以按照不同的阅读文体,用一些相对固定的写作模板来进行写作。
本文就谈谈如何写记叙文类的读写任务。
首先,请看下面一道读写任务写作题:读写任务阅读下面的短文,然后按照要求写一篇150词左右的英语短文。
A few months ago, Peter worked for a short time as a cashier at a restaurant. He also helped clear the tables when it was especially busy. One night, just before Christmas, he found a large black wallet on the floor near one of the tables. 叙述经历一般包括记叙文的基木要素,即某人在何时何地因何原因做何事。
这个故事往往是与阅读材料屮的故事相类似,是要紧扣你要说明的主题的。
(1)以你自己做兼职的经历说明你的感受。
写作思路:首先,总述过渡,引出经历,作为开头语:我曾冇过难以忘怀的兼职经历。
然后,叙述经历,表明感受,得出结论:Last summer, I got a job.... Not until then did I realize that .... Therefore,...I once had an unforgettable experience of my part-time job. Last summer, I got a job in a restaurant. Every day I had to stand beside the tables serving the customers and wash many dishes, which made me really tired. 专题1记叙文型读写任务专题导读叙事类文章的内容包括“主题、情节和主旨”三个方面,其中情节是主要部分,“主题”和“主旨”有时藏于“情节”之中。
但在写摘要时,不能仅仅描写情节,必要时要点出“主题”和“主旨”。
写作步骤与技巧:1.了解大意做题目前,要浏览短文,了解大意。
如可通过浏览标题、首段及各段首句等来了解短文大意。
2.找关键词找关键词就是找记叙文的六个要素。
一般说来,任何事情或事件(what)都会有时间(when)、地点(where)、可能涉及的人物(who)、原因(why)、经过(how)、结果(result)。
阅读时可将关键词划出来。
3.组词成句依照原文内容,将上述关键词扩展成完整的句子。
4.连句成篇根据事情发生的顺序,用适当的连接性词语,将上述体现文章要点的句子连接起来,成为一篇较为通顺的短文。

专题一记叙文型读写任务专题导读叙事类文章的内容包括“主题、情节和主旨”三个方面,其中情节是主要部分,“主题”和“主旨”有时藏于“情节”之中。
但在写摘要时,不能仅仅描写情节,必要时要点出“主题”和“主旨”。
写作步骤与技巧:1.了解大意做题目前,要浏览短文,了解大意。
如可通过浏览标题、首段及各段首句等来了解短文大意。
2.找关键词找关键词就是找记叙文的六个要素。
一般说来,任何事情或事件(what)都会有时间(when)、地点(where)、可能涉及的人物(who)、原因(why)、经过(how)、结果(result)。
阅读时可将关键词划出来。
3.组词成句依照原文内容,将上述关键词扩展成完整的句子。
4.连句成篇根据事情发生的顺序,用适当的连接性词语,将上述体现文章要点的句子连接起来,成为一篇较为通顺的短文。
