Smartphones combine so many different gadgets into one - it's like having a personal computer, camera, music player, video game console, navigation system, and phone all in one portable device. That's just incredible when you think about it!My smartphone is my favorite possession. I use it for virtually everything throughout my day. In the morning when I wake up, the first thing I do is check my smartphone for any new messages or notifications from my friends and family. Seeing all those fun updates and funny memes gets me excited to start the new day. Then I use apps on my phone to check on things like the weather forecast so I know how to dress. When it's time to head to school, my mom uses her smartphone to help with navigation and directions to make sure we get there on time.At school, I have to keep my smartphone zipped away during class of course. But as soon as recess hits, it comes rightback out! My friends and I love gaming together on our phones during breaks. There are so many awesome free mobile games out there spanning every genre and theme you can imagine. Whatever kind of game you're in the mood for - action, puzzle, adventure, sports - there's an app for that. We can play multiplayer games against each other or team up cooperatively. It's such a great way to hang out and have fun together even when we're at school.After school, my smartphone acts as my personal entertainment system on-the-go. I can watch shows or movies, listen to music, read e-books, or browse hilarious videos whenever I'm bored. I can even use apps to edit my own photos and videos that I capture on my smartphone's high-quality camera. There's just an endless amount of cool apps and ways to spend time creatively on a smartphone.Evenings at home, my smartphone connects me with my friends and family no matter where they are in the world. We can easily video chat, send texts, or share fun stuff with each other instantly. It's like my smartphone creates this amazing web that links us all together across vast distances with just a simple tap of the screen. Geography doesn't limit our connections anymore thanks to smartphones.I also rely on my smartphone for help with schoolwork. There are educational apps for virtually every subject that make learning so much more immersive and engaging than just reading from textbooks. With smartphones, we can truly take our entire curriculum with us wherever we go in our pockets. I can do research, look up facts, calculate problems, and sharpen my skills on my phone. I'm definitely a much better student thanks to having a smartphone!Another huge advantage of smartphones is how they keep people safer and more prepared for emergencies. Let's say I ever got hurt, separated from my family, or ended up in a dangerous situation, I could instantly call for help on my smartphone. The GPS capability would allow people to quickly locate me too. Smartphones give kids a way to immediately get assistance and be found if anything bad happens. They're like a modern-day safety swiss army knife packed with tools for troubleshooting problems.No matter where I go or what I need, I know my smartphone can help me out. It truly is the greatest invention ever! These little devices bring the entirety of human knowledge, culture, and connectivity quite literally to our fingertips. With a smartphone, I have access to more information and capabilitythan the most powerful kings and leaders did just a couple centuries ago. That's just mind-blowing if you think about it!My smartphone enriches my life in so many ways each and every day. It keeps me entertained, helps me learn, strengthens my relationships, provides safety, and opens up a world of possibilities for exploring new horizons. In many ways, it's become like an extension of my own mind and body. I can't imagine what life would even be like without having a smartphone by my side from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep at night.Smartphones are more than just a fad or trend - they've revolutionized everything about how we live our lives in the modern era. This single iconic device has completely transformed human civilization in ways that would have been unimaginable just a couple decades ago. But to kids like me who've never known a world without these powerful pocket computers, they're very much afundamental necessity and extension of our modern way of life. I'm absolutely awed at how much this single device has shaped my generation's mindset, skillset, and worldview from such an early age. Creativity, entrepreneurship, social consciousness - these concepts are baked into our collective DNA thanks to growing up with smartphones.As I get older, I can only imagine how transformative this technology will continue to be for unlocking new possibilities and opportunities across every facet of my future. Our generation won't be limited by geography or resources in the same ways as the past. We have the entire breadth of human knowledge and tools for innovation quite literally at our fingertips thanks to smartphones. The boundaries of what's possible to accomplish are rapidly disappearing. To me, that's the true hallmark of any truly great invention: how it empowers our potential and propels us forward into an amazing future that was once unimaginable.So in conclusion, I believe the smartphone is hands-down the greatest invention of all-time based on its revolutionary impact and implications for human society. These incredible mobile devices empower me personally each day while also driving progress for the entire global community. The Greatest Invention in the Past Century

There are many amazing inventions in the last century. The most important invention, I think, is synthetic plastics.
In 1910, the synthetic plastics was first invented by an American chemistwho named Leo Baekeland.The plastic is phenolic resin. Eight years later, anAustriachemist called john invented urea resin. The plasticsis made ofurea resin have the properties oftransparent and light resistance compare with the first one. What’s more, they are nonflammable, lighter, cheaper, higher strength and hardness. The anther most important property is that plastics are anon-conducting materials.At a later time, different plastics that adapted different needs are invented one by one.
With those advantages, plastics are used every aspects in our life and produced different goods. Like the surface of electric wire, the shell of computers, the parts of all kinds of household appliances and the articles for daily use. For itself properties of stably, it can be used to packed foods. Without plastics, our daily life maybe become very inconvenient, and other materials which more heavily or light but expensive such as magnesium alloy have tobe used to product products. Even now, new materials haven’t be found to replaces it.
Because plastic are so stably, the nature environment unable to degradation it. The environment is serious polluted by plastics products that is optionally dropped by human. So, for our environment, plastic should be classification collection.。
