安全生产&风险管理生产责任书

In order to ensure the implementation of fire prevention and work safety smoothly, confirm there is no major law and order incidents, major hidden danger of fire and etc in the hotel, each department should carry out the principle of fire and safety on prevention is mainly with fire control and who is in charge will be responsible for it. Security department work out fire and work safety measure for each dept according to the above principle and concrete situation of each dept. for removing each hidden danger thoroughly. To strengthen the implementation of fire and work safety, on behalf of fire prevention committee and work safety committee, general manager will sign a letter of responsibility for fire prevention and work safety with your department. Letter of responsibility is two originals, one for each party, and it takes effect as from the date of signed by the two parties.

为确保酒店的消防及安全生产工作顺利开展，保障酒店、宾客和员工的人身及财产安全，保证酒店不发生重大治安案件、重大火险隐患及事故，酒店各部门要认真贯彻“预防为主，防消结合”，“谁主管、谁负责”的消防安全工作原则。保安部根据以上原则，结合酒店各部门的具体情况，制定了各部门消防安全生产防范措施（规定），以彻底消除各种隐患。为加强消防安全管理工作的落实，酒店总经理代表酒店消防委员会、安全生产委员会与您部门签订消防、安全生产责任书。责任书一式两份，由签字双方各执一份，自签订之日起生效。

I. Goal of public security and fire safety

一、治安及消防安全目标

1. Sign the letter of responsibility with each department of hotel.

与酒店所有部门签订治安及消防安全生产责任书。

2. No murder, robbery and etc serious criminal cases and interior criminal.

不发生凶杀、抢劫等恶性刑事案件及内部责任制刑事案件。

3. No fire and other serious law and public accidents.

不发生火灾和其它重大治安灾害事故。

4. No those staff undergoing education through labor and criminal

punishment.

无受劳动教养及刑事处罚的员工。

5. No serious law and public accidents due to internal responsibility.

不发生因内部责任导致的重大治安案件。

Remarks: It will be sternly dealt with if you conceal cases or law-breakers and do not report.

注：对发生案件或有违法犯罪人员隐瞒不报的，将严肃处理。

II. Responsibility of public security and fire safety

二、治安及消防保卫责任：

1. Security Department is in charge of implement that general manager (hotel

fire & safety committee) sign a letter of responsibility with all department heads, separate and cascade down the system of security responsibility at all management levels.

保安部负责督促落实总经理（酒店消防、安全委员会）与各部门经理签订治安责任书，将企业保卫责任制层层分解、层层落实。

2．Security dept. will conduct safety inspection for critical parts of our hotel regularly. If finding safety hidden danger, security dept will notify department concerned or send a notice for hidden danger to ensure within

a time limited.

保安部定期对酒店重点要害部位做安全检查，发现安全隐患，及时通知有关部门或发出隐患通知，限期整改。

3． All department heads should obey and implement national laws, rules and stipulation concerned.

各部门经理要严格遵守、执行国家法律、法规和有关规定，坚持“预防为主”

的方针，结合经营服务开展安全工作。

4．Conduct the training of laws propaganda, improve their safety quality, and strengthen their concept of laws system and safety protection capability for ensuring implementation of work principle of who is in charge will be responsible for it.

对本部员工进行法制宣传教育，切实提高员工的安全素质，增强员工的法制观念和安全防范能力，确实做到“谁主管谁负责，谁在岗谁负责”的工作方针。5． To establish and improve the safety responsibility system of each post, supplement and complete it at all times. Carry out system and define person who is in charge of each post.

建立健全本部门各岗位安全责任制，并随时补充完善。实行逐级落实承包制度，各岗位明确安全责任人。

6． Conduct the fire and safety inspection by self regularly. To correct immediately if finding problem.

组织经常性地消防安全自查，发现问题及时整改。

7． Each dept. should assign part time voluntary fire fighters for assisting dept.

head to carry out fire and safety work, raising suggestion on fire hidden danger.

各部门要指定兼职“义务消防员”，协助部门经理落实并实施消防安全工作，
