继李老师的课程《应用语言学》之后,个人又翻阅了吕万英《应用语言学回顾与展望》等多篇期刊论文,对“应用语言学”这一概念有了更加明确的认识。

该读书报告将对应用语言学的历史和现状进行浅析。

在穆后方的《应用语言学-回顾与展望》中,我们可以得知,“‘应用语言学’这一术语最早是由建构主义语言学的首创者之一,著名的波兰语言学家杜恩.德。

库尔德内(J. Baudouin de Courtenay)与1870年首先提出来的”。

他当时指出,应用语言学是运用纯粹语言学知识来解决其他科学领域中的各种问题。

然而,杜恩的这个观点在但是并没有引起反响和重视。

直到六十多年后的二十世纪四十年代,应用语言学才作为一门学科在美国形成,并在六十年代真正获得蓬勃发展。

随着在1964年第一届国际应用语言学大会在法国南锡的召开,国际应用语言学协会的诞生,应用语言学在欧美广泛展开。

并且,各届国际应用语言学大会陆续召开,应用语言学这门学科得到世界的公认,取得独立地位。

此外,在于根元的《中国应用语言学的形成与发展》中,我们也可以很明确地知道,“中国应用语言学科形成的标志是1992年2月15日《语言文字应用》杂志的创刊”。

这一刊物为我国应用语言学研究开辟了一个展示成果的大型园地,而且把国内分散的语言应用研究的力量初步地集结成有松散联系的浩荡研究大军,拉开了种股票学者共同向语言应用研究的几个重要领域进军的序幕并展现了一代新的语言研究学风。

进入二十一世纪以来,应用语言学在国内国际的发展状况逐渐展现其不容忽视的重要角色。

在王福祥,王克非的《十五期间我国应用语言学研究回顾》中,国内掀起的应用语言学研究热潮可见一斑。

然而,在刘海燕,高素珍的《应用语言学的动态性》、袁颖,李超的《应用语言学的研究现状与展望》、吕万英的《应用语言学回顾与展望》、桂诗春的《应用语言学思想:缘起、变化和发展》以及贾冠杰的《应用语言学研究的几个问题》中,我们可以清楚地看到应用语言学先进发展的动态性,开放性,多样性和跨学科性。
