真空元件的概述
以真空吸附为动力源,作为实现自动化的一种手段
在电子、半导体元件组装、汽车组 装、自动搬运机械、轻工机械、食品 机械、医疗机械、塑料制品机械、包 装机械、锻压机械、机器人等许多方 面得到广泛的应用。例如:真空包装 机械中,包装纸的吸附、送标、贴标, 包装袋的开启;电视机的显像管、电 子枪的加工、运输、装配及电视机的 组装;印刷机械中的双张、折面的检测、 印刷纸张的输送;玻璃的搬运和装箱; 机器人抓起重物,搬运和装配;真空 成型、真空卡盘等。

真空发生装置有真空泵和真空发生器 两种。真空泵是吸入口形成负压,排气 口直接通大气,两端压力比很大的抽除 气体的机械。真空发生器是利用压缩空 气的流动而形成一定真空度的气动元件。 由它们组成的典型真空回路如下图所示:
总之,对任何具有较光滑表面的物 体,特别对于非铁、非金属且不适合 夹紧的物体,如薄的柔软的纸张、塑 料膜、铝箔,易碎的玻璃及其制品, 集成电路等微型精密零件,都可使用 真空吸附来完成各种作业。
