As a soldier, I was deeply moved by the film "Saving Private Ryan". The film not only depicts the harsh realityof war, but also captures the essence of sacrifice, bravery, and camaraderie. The opening scene, the Omaha Beach landing, was a brutal and honest portrayal of the chaos and carnageof war. It made me appreciate the sacrifices made by those who came before me, and the price they paid for the freedom we enjoy today. The film also delves into the moral complexities of war. The mission to save Private James Ryan, at the cost of many other lives, raises the question of the value of a single soldier versus the greater good. It made me reflect on the difficult decisions that leaders have to make in the midstof war, and the burden they carry in sending soldiers into harm's way.The camaraderie and bond between the soldiers in thefilm was also incredibly moving. It reminded me of the strong sense of brotherhood and unity that exists among soldiers, and the willingness to lay down their lives for one another. This bond is what makes the military a uniqueand powerful force, and it was portrayed with authenticityin the film.Overall, "Saving Private Ryan" is a powerful andpoignant film that not only showcases the brutal reality of war, but also the humanity, sacrifice, and bravery that emerges in the midst of it. It serves as a reminder of the price of freedom and the courage of those who fight for it.

The Review of Saving Private RyanPrivate Reiben: “You want to explain the math of this to me? I mean , where's the sense in risking the lives of the eight of us to save one guy?”It is a dialogue in the Saving Private Ryan .From it , we also can get the main point of this movie that After the Normandy Invasion, Seven soldiers ,led by Captain John Miller ,are sent into Normandy ,a place with fierce battle , to find Private James Ryan . Private James Ryan , losing three brothers in this war , is his mother’s last hope for life .To the end , Ryan come back to his country safely but 6 heroes lose their lives. During the survival , eight soldiers show their own personality . But the most impressive moment , I think , is at the beginning of the movie , a relentless slaughter in the Omaha Beach . The vivid, violent and bloody scene seemingly reappear the realistic setting of the Normandy Invasion . In the first place , I would like to show my support to the order , saving Ryan at the risk of 8 soldiers’ lives . There are three reasons as following : 1.It is a special and honorable mission which could not be explainedby the rational thinking . Meanwhile , when I put myself to be hismother’s position , it suddenly becomes vital ,necessary andworthy . I couldn’t image that a mother lose all her 4 children in abattle . what an unacceptable truth it is . How desperate she wouldbe . Since that is so , why don’t we survive the last hope of themother from battlefield ?2.The public must doubt that who doesn’t has mother and family .But it is an untenable opinion . It isn’t a problem yet . In that time, the similar family like the Ryan is considerable . If the tragedyoccurs , whose mother would at ease about permitting all hischildren fighting in the battle ?If all the mother are living underthe worry , how unstable it will be ?In the process of survival , the eight soldiers also leave me different impress. In the difficulty , they all show their own distinct personality.1. Ryan, as the save target , doesn’t appear in the screen long time , but he is a core role . It is a representative of the victory of Eight soldiers’ mission . In the movie , Ryan is just a ordinary soldier with the ambition of serving America heart and soul . Luckily , he is a brave man with strong awareness of not leaving his comrades in the battlefield . After several decades , he seems as joyful as Miller’s order . But standing with his good and happy family , in front of so many gravestone , he can’t wait to ask himself whether he is a good man . He even lives under the mountain-like guilt a whole life .2.Captain John H. Miller is undoubtedly a hero . He is rational . When facing a choice of bring the child with them , he rejects without any hesitation according to his experience . He is also sensitive .Afterhis friend’s death , he burst into wreckage secretly . Being a human , he is also terrified of hurt and death . He shudder his hand out of the control . seven times . As a saying goes , every bird loves its own nest . so does the Miller . He also loves his family . He deadly want to finish his mission and come back his home ,stay with his wife . Meanwhile , he , a leader, has to pretend to be a giant to lead his staff to complete the mission .3.Caparzo, a kindhearted man , dies from saving the girl at the very beginning . But before his dead , he gives his amulet to the French girl out of his kindness. He misses his home very much , even at the last moment of his life , he never forgets to send the letter to his mother .4. Reiben , an interpreter , without any relative experience , is a symbol of ordinary people . In the battle , he shows his fear and cowardice by instinct , But which can be understood if we place ourselves in that position . To my surprise , he comes out from the gun smoke with spear, after getting his nerve to kill the man who ends up Melish’s life .5.Wade , an aid man with conscientiousness and a soldier , does his best to save the wounded . He has the intention of ignoring his safe to save Caparzo . He is sympathetic . He fulfills Caparzo’s last wish of writing a letter to his mother in the dark . But what makes me tear down is when he cries “Mum , mum …..”. Being a aid man , he saveuncountable soldiers , but he can do nothing when he needs first aid . In order to fulfill the mission , he couldn’t see his mother any more .6. Melish, a Jewish , stands out in this movie . Fighting in the fierce battlefield , he harbors bitter hatred to German . Standing in front of a dead German soldiers , he cries and shout out proudly :“I am Jewish .” This shot also moves me . I couldn’t sense his true feeling , but I get the message that how enormous injury did German cause to the Jewish . From it , I know the damage of the War .7. Jackson , an outstanding sniper , is also a Jewish . He shows his calm and indifferent in the battle . Every time before his shooting , he would stammer prayers . He thinks that which can kill the German on the behalf of goodness .From my perspective , the reason of this movie becoming popular is that there are so many problems are worth considering , such as whether the Eight soldiers should save Ryan at the risk of theirlife .The movie , reappearing so many bloody and realistic scene , will also let all human beings rethink the war profoundly . As a female , I think the scene is so violent that it is far from my tolerance limit . As a result , I hope that the terrible war will not happen . I hope all the countries should watch this movie before the make the decision of starting a war .。

拯救大兵瑞恩英文观后感

A Review on Saving Private RyanSome movies are destined to be a landmark of memory. Moreover, it’s more difficult to become a well-known war film, but the film named Saving Private Ryan which directed by Steven Spielberg deserve the honor that is the one of the best war films. There is no doubt that the reason why I choose to see the film is its higher reputation. When I saw the film, I was deeply attracted by the lifelike pictures of war.At the beginning of the film, the famous battle about the second war, the Normandy Landing was almost truly restored on the screen. Where there is the fire flying all around, there are sacrifices. What a hard and miserable battle it is! Honestly, the film would totally objectively give you the meaning of the war. A war creates a hell to make whoever people or soldiers being involved it.During the horrible war, a mother would almost lose all her sons. So the scene that eight soldiers save Ryan comes on. One or eight, which option would be more value? The mission of soldiers is obeying the order of commander. The mission that saves the mother’s son Ryan owes to the sympathy of commanders. In this movie, “mother” is the important topic. Also, it’s the topic that battle can’t evade. In the battlefield of Omaha, the young soldier who was bloodied and disabled by explosion shouts mom miserably. “Mom, take me home! “, the doctor named wade also murmured weakly, when he was shot and dying in the area of enemy. In addition, there is still a point that reflects the relationship in war. You could remember that Capasso want to bring the girl away. The girl was entrusted to the group by her family. However, the girl didn’t want to leave her parents and she got more mature earlier after she passed the war. Moreover, what a pity that Capasso was dead because of his mercy! In the end a war cruelly led to the ruin of homeland and the separation of relation. The victims of war are innocent people after all.Meanwhile, the film vividly reflects someone’s inner mind through the war background. Captain Miller was trained efficiently and filled fully with quality of soldier. He loyally insists to finish the task of superior. Sniper Jackson is really calm and decisive. His crack shots like his devout heart to god. I think most people would blame the death of Jew Mulish on the translator Urban and be very angry with him. However, Urban is the role to extremely expose the inward world in the battlefield. He was cowardice and softhearted. Actually, he wouldn’t be said he was adapt ive to the ba ttle, but it’s possible how much people wouldn’t like him. I think he would also hate himself, because, just at that time, the inward world completely comes out. Like the cowardice, the contemptible German soldier also reflects the evil of heart. So t his is a war. It’s full of the brave and the lofty. Also, it has the contemptible and cowardice.。

Saving Private Ryan2011212870 张欢Summary:Saving Private Ryan is an American war movie about eight soldiers trying to save one soldier in WWII shortly after D-Day. The film begins with an elderly WWII veteran and his family visiting the Normandy American Cemetery and Memorial in Normandy, France. The veteran collapses to his knees in front of a gravestone, overwhelmed by emotion. The scene then changes to the beginning of the violent Normandy invasion, where Captain John H. Miller, one of the officers survives the initial landing. Three days after D-Day, Miller receives orders to findRyan, a paratrooper who gets a ticket home due to his loss of all three brothers. Ryan is missing in action somewhere in Normandy and Miller should bring him back from the front. He assembles seven men and then move out to Neuville. It's been a long haul but at last the squad find Ryan. However, Ryan adamantly refuses to leave his makeshift unit, demanding that he remain to help defend the bridge against an impending German counterattack. Miller reluctantly agrees and orders his unit to help defend the bridge in the upcoming battle, taking command and setting up the defense with what little manpower and resources they have. In the battle, Most of his remaining squad members are killed, Ryan is with Miller as he dies and hears his last words, "James... earn this. Earn it. The scene then changes back. Ryan asks his wife to confirm that he has led a good life and that he is a "good man" and thus worthy of the sacrifice of Miller and the others. His wife replies "You are." At this point, Ryan stands at attention and delivers a military salute towards Miller's grave.Review:Saving Private Ryan is definitely a fantastic film. After watching it, I have a deeper understanding on the individualism of America. America does stress on individualism and freedom, while the wisdom of this first-class country lies in her flexibility as she can apply this shared concept to different situations properly. In peace time, America emphasizes individualism to stimulate the creativity and independence of the nation.Children who grow up with this kind of spirit do better in their own life compared with peers in other countries. Children is the future of a nation so that we may know why America can keep her position as superpower for such a long time. In war time, she can call for those individualists devoting to collective undertaking. Saving Private Ryan is always regarded as a reflection of the WWII, from which we can feel the strong collective awareness of American soldiers, for instance, Miller and his squad, they choose to follow the order and complete the mission well although they have complaints; Ryan, he sticks to stay at the forefront despite having a ticket home; Caparzo, he sacrificed himself in order to save a strange girl. There are nearly one million American soldiers like them in the WWII. They fulfill their individual value in the collective undertaking. Therefore, I think America is a nation who cares about individualism as well as collective interests.Memorable Quotes:1. Private Reiben: What's the saying? "If God's on our side, who the hell could be on theirs?"Upham: "If God is for us, who could be against us?"Private Reiben: Yeah, what'd I say?Comment:Violent war is really a torture for everyone, the soldiers pray for God's blessing, hoping that triumph can come soon with that help. However, they are not sure who will be the last winner in the long-term war.2. Steamboat Willie: Please, I like America! Fancy schmancy! What a cinch! Go fly a kite! Cat got your tongue! Hill of beans! Betty Boop, what a dish. Betty Grable, nice gams.Steamboat Willie: singing: I say can you see! I say can you see! I... I say... Steamboat Willie: Fuck Hitler. Fuck Hitler!Comment:We can feel Steamboat Willie’s struggle for survival very deeply from this sentence. In order to live, he repeatedly hurls verbal abuse at Hitler who is worshipped by the whole nation. I do not want to criticize him because that is a kind of human natureand at last he devotes himself to the war again to support his country. While to be honest, I do not like that type of person.3. Captain Miller: [weakly mutters something]Private Ryan: [leans in closer] What, sir?Captain Miller: James, earn this... earn it.Comment:Captain Miller finally completes his mission at the cost of his own life and five of his squads. He hopes Ryan can live a meaningful life in the future so that their sacrifice is worthwhile. Short and powerful, the last words will be borne in mind by Ryan and the audiences very easily and abidingly.。

下面是收集的大兵瑞恩英语观后感,以供大家参考借鉴。

After watching this movie, I felt a lot. First, the war was really cruel. Second, Ryan was finally rescued because of the captain's strong execution. Third, a great mother suffered much more than expected.Eight people went to rescue one person, and six died at last. Whether it was worth it or not reflects a lot of problems. Maybe they carried out it for different purposes, but only one of them was to find Ryan. On the way to find Ryan, they were too different. I remember that it was because of the captain's reasons that they balanced the differences - the captain's life experience, 1 A teacher can imagine how much pressure and pain he has to endure to be a killer. When they found Ryan, they started another war. At the end of the war, the captain's second bullet was also shooting at the tank. They understood that the rescue came. It can be seen that he had a strong will and admired him! The end of the movie was Ryan was rescued, who always lived aording to the captain's words - to be a righteous man! When I saw Ryan's mother was going to receive three American flags at the same time, I felt that this motherwas great. In order to make him not understand the fourth national flag, he had the performance after the film.Summary: execution, perseverance.译文:看过这部电影以后,感触很大,一是战争真的很残忍,二是瑞恩最终能够获救就是因为上尉的执行力强,三是一位伟大的母亲所承受的痛苦比想象中的要大的多。

Save One People with Lives of Eight PeopleSaving Private Ryan, a film related to World War II, directed by Spielberg, received critical acclaim upon screening. The upsurge of Saving Private Ryan is not only because it is realistic visual impact, what is more important, this film led to an argument about lives.During World War II, the U.S. and U.K. army landed in Normandy on June 6, 1944. To insure the victory, Private James Ryan (Matt Damon), and his troops --101st Airborne Division, are airdropped behind the German front-lines. Unfortunately, all his three brothers were killed in action at the same time. In order to prevent the unfortunate mother from losing all her four sons, the U.S. command decided to send a special squad to look for James Ryan and take him back safely.John Miller (Tom Hanks) was chosen as the caption of the rescue squad. He hurried to pick several excellent soldiers and a staff officer who could speak German and French as the squad members. When other soldiers were resting, Miller’s eight-member squad began to look for Ryan, who was in the unknown area controlled by Germans. When facing all kinds of dangers and death of teammates one by one, the squad members gradually began to doubt the rationality of this task. Is it worthy of saving one soldier at the risk of losing eight soldiers’ lives? The journey of salvation tested every member’s value of human nature. After experiencing lots of difficulties, the squad found Ryan in a battlefield. But the brave soldier Ryan who had a strong sense of responsibility was not willing toleave his comrades in the battlefield. So the squad decided to fight with the large number of enemies ahead with Ryan and other soldiers. As a result, six people in the eight-member squad died.Miller was the last man who died in the squad, before his death, Miller entrusted to Ryan: Earn it. What can be understood as" Keep living "or" It is worth saving you”. In order to ensure this action to be worthy, Ryan must keep living and have a good and meaningful life. Miller wanted to tell his died comrades and himself, “This is all worthwhile!”It can only happen in the war that six people’s lives in exchange for the life of one person. War changes people’s value of life. The soldiers kill enemies or save comrades only to complete their tasks, and then, go back home. Some media also talked about this controversial issue.According to Mark Heisler in his Los Angeles Times review entitled “The mission is a man. In the Last Great Invasion of the Last Great War, The Greatest Challenge for Eight Men was Saving One. There were only one man left in the family, and the mission was to save him. This comment makes a good conclusion of the theme of Saving Private Ryan. Why should these eight men save one soldier at the risk of death? These sentences give explanations. In order to allow more people to get out of the war and go back home, to achieve freedom and enjoy the colorful life, the squad members defended their positions. The friendship in the war and brotherhood are also bright points in the film. There is a wonderful line in the film: To the world, you are a soldier; to your mother, you are the whole world. If you insist that this task is not worth, from now on, live carefully, become a good person, be kind to others, and you would learn more from this film.(601 words)。

拯救大兵瑞恩SavingPrivateRyan经典电影英文影评拯救大兵瑞恩Saving Private Ryan英文影评Devastating. If, for some reason, I was asked to write a one-word review of Saving Private Ryan, that would be the term I would use. As was true of director Steven Spielberg's other masterpiece, Schindler's List, the impact of this motion picture must be experienced; it cannot be adequately described. No film since last year's The Sweet Hereafter has left such a searing and indelible imprint on my mind and soul. This movie did not need to be released at the end of the year to be considered for a flood of Oscar nominations; it's so forceful that no one who sees it will be able to forget it -- not even Academy members with two-month memory spans.Saving Private Ryan opens with a 30-minute cinematic tour de force that is without a doubt one of the finest half-hours ever committed to film. This sequence, a soldier's-eye view of the D-Day invasion of Normandy, is brilliant not only in terms of technique but in the depth of viewer reaction it generates. It is certainly the most violent, gory, visceral depiction of war that I have ever witnessed on screen. Spielberg spares the viewer nothing of the horrors of battle, using every tactic at his disposal to convey the chaos and senseless waste that lies at the core of any engagement. We are presented with unforgettable, bloody images of bodies being cut to pieces by bullets, limbs blown off, entrails spilling out, and a variety of other assorted examples of carnage. And, when the tide comes in with the waves breaking on the body-strewn beach, the water is crimson. Those who are at all squeamish will find the opening of Saving Private Ryan unbearable. This aspect of the film almost earned it an NC-17rating; only the fact that Spielberg rigorously avoids even a hint of exploitation convinced the MPAA to award an R.In addition to showing what happens when projectiles rip into the soft flesh of the human body, the director employs other methods to capture the essence of battle - hand-held cameras, a slight speeding up of the images, muted colors, and several different kinds of film stock. Put it all together, and it adds up to a dizzying, exhausting assault on the senses. As good as the rest of Saving Private Ryan is, andit's very good, the D-Day attack on Omaha Beach is the sequence that everyone will remember most clearly. Most World War II movies fall into one of two categories: heroic tales of glory and valor or biopics (myall-time favorite film, Patton, falls in the latter camp). Saving Private Ryan is neither. Instead, it's a condemnation of war wrapped in a tale of human courage and sacrifice. In many ways, the picture painted by this movie is more grim than the one Oliver Stone presented in Platoon, which has often been cited as the most daring anti-war film to come out of Hollywood. Saving Private Ryan quickly and brutally dispels the notion that war is anything but vicious, demoralizing violence that makes a cruel joke out of the human body and spirit. Although the film is only loosely based on a true incident, it's hard not to accept these characters and events as real.Saving Private Ryan begins with a short sequence in modern-day France that shows one man visiting a particular grave in the sea of white crosses that marks the memorial to those who died liberating the country. From there, the film slips more than five decades back in time, to June 6, 1944. The D-Day invasion at "Bloody Omaha" Beach forms a prologue to the main story.Following the opening half-hour sequence, we learn that two of the four Ryan brothers died in this action, while a third perished elsewhere. The mother is receiving all three telegrams on the same day. The U.S. army chief of staff, General George C. Marshall (Harve Presnell), is stirred by the grief-stricken woman's plight, and decidesto send a group of men into the French countryside to find and rescue the fourth son, paratrooper Private James Ryan (Matt Damon).Captain John Miller (Tom Hanks), a hero and survivor of the Omaha Beach battle, is chosen to lead the team of eight men whose goal is, in Miller's words, like finding "a needle in a stack of needles." Hishand-picked team includes six men who have served with him throughout the war and one newcomer: Upham (Jeremy Davies), a French/German/English translator who has never seen active combat. Together, they strike out across the French countryside, heading in the general direction of Cherbourg. Along the way, they learn that skirmishes in small towns can be as deadly as the attack on the beach. There's nothing especially complex about the structure of Saving Private Ryan. The film, which runs nearly three hours, is bookended by two major battle scenes. In between, smaller fights alternate with quiet, character-building moments that flesh out the soldiers, allowing them to escape the threat of stereotyping. Spielberg, along with writer Robert Rodat and the actors, ensures that everyone in the movie is developed into a multi-dimensional individual for whom we can grieve if and when they die. They are "citizen soldiers" -- ordinary men caught in the teeth of extraordinary circumstances. With the exception of alittle manipulation at the end (when tears are actually a welcome source of relief from the film's intensity), Saving Private Ryan rigorously avoids toying with our emotions.Although this is not Tom Hanks' highest-profile role, it is one of his best performances. His portrayal of John Miller is the perfect mix of war-weariness, resignation, and a devotion to duty. Theteacher-turned-killer, who has lost 94 men in assorted battles from Africa to France, survives the madness by recalling special memories of his wife pruning rose bushes, while worrying that she will not recognize the husband who returns to her, because, "With every man I kill, the farther away from home I feel."The supporting cast is uniformly excellent. Edward Burns' Reiben uses cynicism and sarcasm to hide his uncertainty about the validity of his latest mission. Like the others in the group, he isn't sure whether saving one man's life is worth risking eight others. Burns, the actor/director who entered the public's awareness after making The Brothers McMullen, turns in a fine performance. Jeremy Davies (Spanking the Monkey) makes Upham a believable figure whose horror at the sudden onslaught of trauma and violence is something almost everyone in the audience will relate to. Matt Damon, who exploded into the spotlight with The Rainmaker and Good Will Hunting, is solid in a role that calls for the character to be as much a symbol as an individual. Finally, perhaps the best secondary performance is given by Tom Sizemore (The Relic), whose portrayal of Miller's faithful friend and sergeant is vivid and engaging.Spielberg's meticulous period detail effectively re-creates the war-torn countryside of occupied France. The American soldiers visit two bombed-out towns where all that remains standing arethe half-shattered husks of once-impressive structures. Many of the weapons that appear in Saving Private Ryan are authentic period pieces, bought from collectors. And, following the successful landing at Normandy, we are treated to a spectacular panorama of the beach, with a variety of mighty ships anchored offshore and the sky thick with blimps. Even though the Omaha Beach sequences were filmed in Ireland, they nevertheless offer a sense of verisimilitude that those familiar with the actual place on the English Channel shore will find hard to dispel. With Saving Private Ryan set alongside Schindler's List, Steven Spielberg, once known as a purveyor of well-crafted-but-lightweight feel-good fare, has given us two of the decade's most gripping, disturbing, and powerful motion pictures. I consider Schindler's List to be one of the most amazing movies I have ever experienced, and, in many ways, Saving Private Ryan is its equal. Although both films take place during the same time period, they focus on different ideas. Schindler's List personifies good (Schindler) and evil (Amon Goeth), and plays out the struggle against a tragic backdrop. In Saving Private Ryan, there are no human villains, and the enemy isn't so much the Germans as it is the implacable, destructive specter of war. The film's central question (When is one life more important than another?) is never really answered. For those who are willing to brave the movie's shocking and unforgettable images, Saving Private Ryan offers a singular motion picture experience. I will be surprised if another film tops it for the best of 1998.。

1Now I have finished watching this film for more than an hour, but I still can't calm down. The blood in the film, the cruelty of war, the refraction of human nature... Have given my heart a strong shock! There are always a few fragments, I can not bear to see, subconscious head don't open. I admire Spielberg very much, he found the entry point made me feel deeply...War, is always the most cruel! It makes ordinary people innocent implicated. In the candlelight, when several big men show their tender side, I suddenly found that they are just ordinary people! Also have own family, own life! They gossip and joke, too, and the parts of their lives they talk about are so similar to ours! No one is born a hero! For the sake of some people's ambitions, but for the sake of a large number of innocent victims. When Ryan and the captain talked about life with their brothers, I felt sad. From so happy scene, fell to the edge of death, that kind of impact on the heart, even I this other people can not bear to see. A lot of people are afraid of death, I think it's because they fear of the unknown ~ actually death itself is not terrible, terrible is you don't know which day you will suddenly disappeared, after all the time there are so many things you want to stay ~ maybe many people curse the guy who can't shoot, if he dare to shoot at the essential time, probably wouldn't be so miserable tragic, however, This is also the most true place ah ~ not everyone can be a hero in the critical moment, human nature also has fragile time!It is said that tolerance to the enemy is cruel to oneself, yes!If they hadn't let that German go, their teammates wouldn't have been killed by that man's gun. But in war, no one is right or wrong. Now, I live in peace time, good...Watch a good film, purify the mind, so good... I want to be a hero.拯救大兵瑞恩的英文影评篇2Sixty years ago from this harmonious and stable society, the world was full of smoke of gunpowder under the misdirection of fascist, a madman of war, and there was no peace at all. Sixty years later, the Second World War was over long ago, and one of the moving stories was recorded in the form of film by a director with a heart, Steven Spielberg, which touched thousands of audiences. The film opens with old Ryan bringing his family to Colonel Miller's grave to pray for his soul. After the success of the Omaha beach, headquarters received the news that all three Ryan brothers had been killed, and ordered Miller and his party to rescue him. Halfway through, one by one, they go to their deaths, and after a hard effort, they finally find Ryan. However, Miller and his party did not immediately go away, they decided to stay with Ryan to guard the bridge, Colonel Miller eventually died, died before telling Ryan to live well. This movie is very moving, every detail, whether it is these soldiers at the risk of their own lives to complete the mission, or save their own teammates, the spirit of this has moved us everywhere. Ryan in this movie is actually an expectation, a goal, is the order Miller and his team received, they have no slack to the headquarters from the order, even if the death should face, or to complete the task. That's the kind of spirit that only soldiers have. As early as in military training, instructors said that whenwalking, don't stop, even if the front is the wall to go down.Fascism is vicious, is cruel, but even if the evil forces in the strong, will never defeat justice, because their officers and soldiers are no feelings, like the allied colonel Miller like love self relatives to love self soldiers, this spirit is the most important. We didn't smoke at the moment, although life is calm, but still give us a lot of enlightenment of world war ii, "saving private Ryan" also tells us what is love, like love family love comrades of the self, self, this is the highest level, and only in this way, you truly understand the blood of the second world war the lesson! 拯救大兵瑞恩的英文影评篇3This New Year's Day, I watched an old Hollywood movie "Saving Private Ryan" at home. This is a classic war movie, tells the story of the late World War II after the United States army landed in Normandy, Ryan's four sons in addition to the younger brother Ryan, three older brothers were killed, out of humanitarian considerations, the United States Staff sent a team of 8 people in the gunfire to find Ryan, will be safely sent to the rear. The movie war abnormal image lifelike, hard-won profoundly reflect the cruelty of war and peace, in addition to let viewers who aware of life and life between the delivered eight people who one is worth for life is so meaningless, mapping to work in our real life, reflects the importance of teamwork and leadership skills. The film's main character, Captain John Miller, is the head of the eight-man team. He is a good illustration of how a teamleader manages the team and handles the relationship with subordinates. As they search for Private Ryan, they encounter all kinds of difficulties, and every time a comrade dies, there are other comrades who express strong doubts about carrying outsuch a mission. In particular, when one of his comrades was killed after a small battle and Miller decided to release German prisoners of war, one of his comrades expressed his dissatisfaction so strongly that he would rather go to prison than continue the mission. At this point Miller defused the awkward situation with humor, revealing the secret of his own past occupation that everyone wanted to know, and elicited his innermost thoughts about the mission, which everyone was pleased to hear.In practical work, we should learn the methods and abilities of Captain Miller's team management. In work, teams fight together in many cases. In a team, no matter as a teamleader or a teammember, we should be clear about the importance of team cooperation. In the case of not affecting the principle, as far as possible to persuade the other side, reach a team consensus, so as to complete the task, must not because of personal emotion and affect the state of work, continue to affect the quality of work. 拯救大兵瑞恩的英文影评篇4Remember that German they let go? What did the sad look in his eyes mean when he killed him? This is war, is there no such thing as mercy?I'm afraid everyone will be almost angry when the soldier hiding on the stairs crying in fear, while his comrade has been killed by the enemy! In our eyes, he was cowardly, almost shameless, and in his own eyes, he might hate himself, too, for it was not until such a moment that we, and himself, were at the same time so clearly penetrated into his heart. This is war, there are despicable and noble, there are cowardice and bold, strong contrast can more profound reveal the human nature. This makes us wonder: What is the deepestpart of our daily life that lies beneath our comfort? If faced with war, how would it behave? This is a scary question, because sometimes I find myself feeling inadequate!Ryan, a young soldier with eight lives, did not disappoint. Just and brave, his heart is also experiencing pain and struggle. Not just the pain of losing my brother, but the guilt and gratitude for the few soldiers who died trying to get him back. There's nothing he can do about it, because they've done everything they can for him, no matter what the cost. What he did, instead of retreating immediately to save his own skin, was stay and fight with these red-blooded men. This is not recklessness, but a duty larger than life. What he can do is to remind himself, at any moment in the future, to live well, to live meaningfully, not only for himself, but also for the eight faithful souls who live in his heart. It would be a driving force throughout his life. Even when his hair was gray, he would still burst into tears at the excitement of motivation and his own persistence. In the end, I couldn't see even a hint of desperation in Lieutenant Miller's dying eyes as he lay limp, firing one shot at the enemy tank after another. He persevered until the last moment, and that persistence often worked wonders. The roar of tank explosions and the roar of aircraft overhead was a promising start. In fact, miracles are not just a movie myth, as the Shawshank Redemption tells us: never give up hope. It's a miracle that we've been able to do that.拯救大兵瑞恩的英文影评篇5Last night, I watched the movie Saving Private Ryan. I was very engaged and deeply attracted by the plot. I woke up this morning with the movie still in my head.In general, after reading, I can't help thinking of these words, and always keep flashing, that is: country, honor, family, friendship, justice, evil, maternal love, kindness, duty, human nature.Although I have known for a long time that it is one-sided to say that Americans have poor human relations and are afraid of death, I have seen several classic American films about the Second World War, but this film has impressed me the most. When groups of soldiers on the beaches of Normandy were beaten into briquette before they got ashore, when a few medics risked their lives on the beach to rescue a few potentially salvagable wounded, ignoring the warning of "danger" of others, they responded: "He is still salvagable." That's duty. When Marshall read to the officers that Ryan's mother had lost five sons, the battle-hardened men all had tears in their eyes, and not a single person raised an objection to saving Ryan, such was human nature. When the military car drove up to Ryan's front door, Ryan's mother sat down on the ground. When comrades support each other in battle after battle, and grieve the loss of a brother, this is friendship, perhaps more than friendship. When a soldier tries to save a German girl in a desperate situation, that's kindness. When Ryan is unwilling to leave his position, to fulfill his own mission, he sees duty. Captain Miller saw the challenge of good against evil when he was willing to risk and die to win the war and understood the benefits of war. When the captain informed Ryan of the death of all his brothers, rightly or wrongly, they reacted with grief, seeing how blood is thicker than water. Finally, when the American flag came out at the end of the film, it floated gently, knowing that in all they do, they also share the same ultimate goal -- to serve their country. It is the respect and protection of the individual that the American government and system reap the greatest benefits for the masses.Perhaps many of these scenarios are not the most rational choice, but the human nature contained in these scenarios is the most perfect, the most glorious thing, but can not be lacking, those, is the most powerful force in the world!拯救大兵瑞恩的英文影评篇6"Saving Private Ryan" is a war movie, and I rarely watch war movies because there are always moments that are too brutal and bloody to look at. Therefore, over time, I would subconsciously turn my head away from this kind of picture, but this film made me truly feel the cruelty of war and re-understand the value of life. The film opens with old Ryan bringing his family to Colonel Miller's grave to pray for his soul. After the success of the Omaha beach, headquarters received the news that all three Ryan brothers had been killed, and ordered Miller and his party to rescue him. In the middle of the journey, they all slowly die, but after hard work, God pays off, they finally find Ryan. However, what makes people confused is that Miller and his party did not immediately walk away, but they decided to stay with Ryan to guard the bridge, but eventually Colonel Miller died, but did not forget to tell Ryan to live well before he died.Yeah! War is always the most cruel, it often makes ordinary people also innocent implicated. In the candlelight, when the big men showed their tender side, I suddenly realized that they were just ordinary people, with their own families and lives; They gossip and joke, and they talk about things that are so similar to what we normally talk about. No one is born a hero, but only forsomeone's ambition, but let a large number of innocent people involved in the victims. From this movie, we can see that war is not only the continuation of politics, but also leaves different memories for all of us. Some are scary, some are tragic, some are sad, and some are... But one thing is the same: it causes people the most sadness. 拯救大兵瑞恩的英文影评篇7Saving Private Ryan is a war movie, and I've never seen a war movie, because there are always so many parts that are too sad and scary to look at. Therefore, in the long run, I would involuntarily turn my head away when encountering such interfaces. However, this film made me truly feel the misery of war and understand the value of life. The film opens with old Ryan bringing his family to Colonel Miller's grave to pray for his life. After the success of the Omaha boom, the parent company received the message that all three Ryan brothers had given up and ordered Miller and his team to rescue him. In the middle, many of them are slowly dying, but after hard work, God pays off, they finally find Ryan. However, it is doubtful that Miller and his party did not immediately leave, but they decided to leave and Ryan mutual guard bridge, but finally Colonel Miller died, but before dying did not forget to ask Ryan to live well.Yeah! War is always the worst. It usually makes the common people miserable. In the candle fire, when many strong men exposed their tender side, I suddenly found that they are only ordinary people, also have their own wives, their own daily life; They gossip, they joke, they talk about the same things that everyone talks about. No one is born a hero, and the mere desire of some has led to the murder of a large number of innocentpeople. From this film, we can see that the war is not only the continuation of politics, but also it will leave all of us with different memories, some of which are scary, some of which are fierce, some of which are sad, and some of which are the same: it produces the most sadness for us.拯救大兵瑞恩的英文影评篇8I saw Saving Private Ryan last night, and it really touched my heart. Although I had heard the name before, I rarely felt the mood to appreciate it.The first is the sheer brutality of the battle. War is always dead, in the hail of bullets, a fresh life in the free between life and death, each person's survival, accompanied by the sacrifice of many comrades. The grand scenes and bloody scenes in the film also shock the hearts of the audience. For us in peace time, it is also a kind of education. People will cherish the happy life now more. The second is responsibility. In life, different roles take on different responsibilities and obligations, just like ant colony or bee colony, different kinds of responsibilities are different. "In his place, he governs." In fact, Ryan's words and deeds have taught all people a lesson that although individual happiness and life are precious, responsibility and collective interests are above everything else. Without collective interests, individual value will lose its meaning. The world is not an island, and everyone is a member of society. As long as we choose a career, is to choose a certain responsibility, the more in the critical time, this kind of responsibility will be more prominent, the great brilliance of human nature in simple words and deeds issued a warm light. Finally, people should know how to be grateful. Thebeginning and end of the movie is echoed by Private Ryan's visit to the cemetery, which is actually a kind of gratitude education. Ryan was just a representative, and he thanked those around him, especially Captain Mee. Everyone in life should always have a heart of gratitude, in life low-key life, do not think that everything should be, do not think that everything is God's great love for them. As long as we know how to be grateful, everything will become more beautiful. In short, having time to read classics is not only a kind of recreation, but also a kind of self-education, but also a kind of self-redemption.拯救大兵瑞恩的英文影评篇9Late in the second world war, the German eastern battlefield are locked in a Titanic, British and American troops were in June 6, 1944 in Normandy, France begin large corps of comprehensive regional land, from west Berlin straight for the German headquarters, and in the ground forces before landing operations, part of the team have parachuted into French inland, away from Normandy The attempt was to disrupt the ability to harass the Germans before regrouping with the landing troops, in order to further organize a large-scale attack. Private James Ryan's unit was thrown far behind the German lines. James Ryan was the youngest of four brothers, all three of whom had been killed in the battle. After hearing the news, the general of the general command of the United States, in order to prevent the unfortunate mother from suffering the loss of her son, decided to send a special team to bring her only surviving son safely out of the war zone. The rescue team task falls on the just landing mission captain John miller, and captain miller and his troops had justexperienced Omaha beach landings of bitter fighting, casualties is very big, miller has dissipated leisure rest at this time, but must form a party immediately started rescue mission, he quickly picked out the several side is relatively good soldiers, Then a few specialized troops from other units were temporarily called up, and while the others were resting, Miller's eight-man team began to march into enemy-occupied territory, searching for a soldier named Ryan in a vast, unknown area. When the soldiers of the detachment were trapped in the enemy area, all kinds of difficulties and dangers were confronted one after another, such as the serious shortage of manpower and equipment, the unfamiliarity with the language and the terrain, and the dangerous enemy who might lie in ambush at any time in the corner of the road, and they fell down one after another in the face of their comrades.拯救大兵瑞恩的英文影评篇10If "Saving Private Ryan" is only about its realistic representation of a World War II battlefield, it is by no means a landmark war film, nor can it be distinguished from its successor, "Assembly." In the era of peace, there is no lack of good souls to examine and reflect on the war and disaster, but after all, separated from the clouds and smoke, time fled in a panic, in the identity of the remote times, it is difficult for someone to dig out the good and evil in those distant times, as well as its shining halo and value flowing so far. However, the great director Spielberg exposes the most real war and human nature for us with his deep skill and passion. Saving Private Ryan is a tearjerker's funeral and a stirring elegy. The film tells the whole story of the Second World War, Captain Miller and his seven team members received a specialmission. In the deadly battle of D-Day, three of the four brothers of the Ryan family were killed, the chief of the general staff of the US army after learning of this, ordered to find the death of the fourth brother James Ryan and returned home safely. Captain Miller, who had also taken part in the Normandy invasion, accepted the assignment and formed a group of eight men. They through the hail of bullets at the expense of two people finally found Ryan, at this time Ryan was ordered to stick to a bridge, he learned that his three brothers have died after the news still insisted on staying in the battlefield, so Miller and his people left to defend the bridge to protect Ryan. Finally, the eight warriors at the cost of the lives of Captain Miller and his five comrades to protect Ryan's safety, complete their last mission.拯救大兵瑞恩的英文影评篇11"Saving Private Ryan" is a war movie, and I've never seen a war movie because there are always a few moments that are too brutal and bloody to look at. 拯救大兵瑞恩观后感英语100词

拯救大兵瑞恩观后感英语100词The film "Saving Private Ryan" is a powerful and harrowing depiction of the horrors of war. Directed by Steven Spielberg, the movie follows a group of American soldiers who are tasked with finding and rescuing Private James Ryan, the sole surviving brother of four siblings, after the others are killed in action during the Normandy landings on D-Day.The opening scene of the film is a masterpiece of cinematic realism, vividly recreating the chaos and carnage of the Omaha Beach assault. The audience is plunged into the midst of the fighting, with the camera shaking and the sound of bullets and explosions assaulting the senses. Spielberg's use of handheld camerawork and desaturated colors creates a gritty, documentary-like feel that is both immersive and deeply unsettling. As the story progresses, the audience is drawn into the personal journeys of the soldiers, each with their own motivations and struggles. Captain Miller, played with great nuance by Tom Hanks, is a reluctant leader who grapples with the moral ambiguity of hismission. His interactions with his men, particularly the young Private Reiben, reflect the profound ethical dilemmas they face in the midst of such devastation. The film's exploration of the human cost of war is both emotionally resonant and intellectually engaging. Through the experiences of the characters, the audience is forced to confront the difficult questions of sacrifice, duty, and the true nature of heroism. The film's depiction of the physical and psychological toll of combat is unflinching, and the viewer is left with a profound sense of the immense suffering and loss that war inflicts. One of the most powerful aspects of "Saving Private Ryan" is its refusal to glorify or romanticize war. While the film features several intense and well-choreographed battle sequences, Spielberg is careful to avoid the kind of jingoistic, heroic depictions that often characterize war films. Instead, he presents the harsh realities of combat in all their brutality and chaos, underscoring the senselessness and futility of war.The film's climactic final battle, in which Miller and his men engage in a desperate attempt to hold off a German assault, is a masterclass in cinematic tension and suspense. The audience is left on the edge of their seats, grappling with the uncertainty of the outcome and the inevitable loss of life. The film's conclusion, in which an aged Ryanpays his respects to the fallen Miller, is a poignant and deeply moving reflection on the enduring legacy of sacrifice and the weight of memory."Saving Private Ryan" is a cinematic achievement that transcends the traditional war film genre. Spielberg's meticulous attention to historical detail, combined with his ability to craft deeply empathetic characters, creates a work that is both technically impressive and emotionally resonant. The film's impact is amplified by its powerful performances, particularly from Hanks and the ensemble cast, who bring the story to life with raw, authentic portrayals.Overall, "Saving Private Ryan" is a powerful and thought-provoking exploration of the human experience of war. It is a film that challenges the viewer to confront the harsh realities of conflict, while also recognizing the resilience, bravery, and sacrifice of those who have faced its horrors. In an era marked by ongoing global conflicts, the film's message of the futility of war and the importance of preserving human dignity remains as relevant and important as ever.。

拯救大兵瑞恩英文影评The soldiers assigned to find Pvt. Ryan and bring himhome can do the math for themselves. The Army Chief of Staff has ordered them on the mission for propaganda purposes: Ryan's return will boost morale on the homefront, and put a human face on the carnage at Omaha Beach. His mother, who has already lost three sons in the war, will not have to add another telegram to her collection. But the eight men on the mission also have parents--and besides, they've been trained to kill Germans, not to risk their lives for publicity stunts. ``This Ryan better be worth it,'' one of the men grumblesIn Hollywood mythology, great battles wheel and turn on the actions of individual heroes. In Steven Spielberg's ``Saving Private Ryan,'' thousands of terrified and seasick men, most of them new to combat, are thrown into the face of withering German fire. The landing on Omaha Beach was not about saving Pvt. Ryan. It was about saving your skin. The movie's opening sequence is as graphic as any war footage I've ever seen. In fierce dread and energy it's on a par with Oliver Stone's``Platoon,'' and in scope surpasses it--because in the bloody early stages the landing forces and the enemy never meet eye to eye, but are simply faceless masses of men who have been ordered to shoot at one another until one side is destroyed.Spielberg's camera makes no sense of the action. That is the purpose of his style. For the individual soldier on the beach, the landing was a chaos of noise, mud, blood, vomit and death. The scene is filled with countless unrelated pieces of time, as when a soldier has his arm blown off. He staggers, confused, standing exposed to further fire, not sure what to do next, and then he bends over and picks up his arm, as if he will need it later. This landing sequence is necessary to establish the distance between those who give the order that Pvt. Ryan be saved, and those who are ordered to do the saving. For Capt. Miller (Tom Hanks) and his men, the landing at Omaha has been a crucible of fire. For Army Chief George C. Marshall (Harve Presnell) in his Washington office, war seems more remote and statesmanlike; he treasures a letter Abraham Lincoln wrote consoling Mrs. Bixby of Boston, about her sons who died in the Civil War. His advisors question the wisdom and indeed the possibility of a mission to save Ryan, but he barks, ``If the boy's alive we are gonna send somebody to find him--and we are gonna get him the hell out of there.'' That sets up the second act of the film, in which Miller and his men penetrate into French terrain still actively disputed by the Germans, while harboring mutinous thoughts about the wisdom of the mission. All of Miller's men have served with him before--except for Cpl. Upham (Jeremy Davies), the translator, who speaks excellent German and French but has never fired a rifle in angerand is terrified almost to the point of incontinence. I identified with Upham, and I suspect many honest viewers will agree with me: The war was fought by civilians just like him, whose lives had not prepared them for the reality of battle. The turning point in the film comes, I think, when the squadron happens upon a German machinegun nest protecting a radar installation. It would be possible to go around it and avoid a confrontation. Indeed, that would be following orders. But they decide to attack the emplacement, and that is a form of protest: At risk to their lives, they are doing what they came to France to do, instead of what the top brass wants them to do.Everything points to the third act, when Private Ryan is found, and the soldiers decide what to do next. Spielberg and his screenwriter, Robert Rodat, have done a subtle and rather beautiful thing: They have made a philosophical film about war almost entirely in terms of action. ``Saving Private Ryan'' says things about war that are as complex and difficult as any essayist could possibly express, and does it with broad, strong images, with violence, with profanity, with action, with camaraderie. It is possible to express even the most thoughtful ideas in the simplest words and actions, and that's what Spielberg does. The film is doubly effective, because he communicates his ideas in feelings, not words. I was reminded of ``All Quiet on the Western Front.'' Steven Spielberg is as technically proficient as any filmmaker alive, and because of his great success, he has access to every resource he requires. Both of those facts are important to the impact of ``Saving Private Ryan.'' He knows how to convey his feelings about men in combat, and he has the tools, the money and the collaborators to make it possible. His cinematographer, Janusz Kaminski, who also shot ``Schindler's List,'' brings a newsreel feel to a lot of the footage, but that's relatively easy compared to his most important achievement, which is to make everything visually intelligible. After the deliberate chaos of the landing scenes, Kaminski handles the attack on the machinegun nest, and a prolonged sequence involving the defense of a bridge, in a way that keeps us oriented. It's not just men shooting at one another. We understand the plan of the action, the ebb and flow, the improvisation, the relative positions of the soldiers. Then there is the human element. Hanks is a good choice as Capt. Miller, an English teacher who has survived experiences so unspeakable that he wonders if his wife will even recognize him. His hands tremble, he is on the brink of breakdown, but he does his best because that is his duty. All of the actors playing the men under him are effective, partly because Spielberg resists the temptation to make them zany ``characters'' in thetradition of World War II movies, and makes them deliberately ordinary. Matt Damon, as Pvt. Ryan, exudes a different energy, because he has not been through the landing at Omaha Beach; as a paratrooper, he landed inland, and although he has seen action he has not gazed into the inferno. They are all strong presences, but for me the key performance in the movie is by Jeremy Davies, as the frightened little interpreter. He is our entry into the reality because he sees it clearly as a vast system designed to humiliate and destroy him. And so it is. His survival depends on his doing the very best he can, yes, but even more on chance. Eventually he arrives at his personal turning point, and his action writes the closing words of Spielberg's unspoken philosophical argument.``Saving Private Ryan'' is a powerful experience. I'm sure a lot of people will weep during it. Spielberg knows how to make audiences weep better than any director since Chaplin in ``City Lights.'' But weeping is an incomplete response, letting the audience off the hook. This film embodies ideas. After the immediate experience begins to fade, the implications remain and grow。
