Changdeokgung Palace was built in 1405 by King Taejong (the third king of the Joseon Dynasty) For270 years, the palace was home to the Joseon government and was also the favored residence of many Joseon Dynasty kings. This makes Changdeokgung Palace the longest-serving royal residential palace. Compared to other palaces, Changdeokgung Palace is wellpreserved and still has many of its original features. 韩国泡菜是朝鲜咸菜的别 称，也可称之为韩国咸菜。 简介韩国泡菜是一种以蔬 菜为主要原料，各种水果、 海鲜及肉料为配料的发酵 食品。它不但味美、爽口， 酸辣中另有一种回味，而 且具有丰富的营养。韩国 的泡菜经历了几个重要阶 段，三国时代由中国传入， 主要用蕨菜、竹笋、沙参、 茄子、黄瓜、萝卜加上盐、 米粥、醋、酒糟、酱等腌 制。
韩国国旗
韩国的国旗被称为太极旗， 是以儒教及道教的思想为基 础而绘制的。中央的太极象 征宇宙，蓝色为阴，红色为 阳，万物是由阴阳所构成的； 太极则是由阴阳组成，以表 示宇宙调和与统一之意。4 个角落的卦在左上方的是乾， 右下为坤，右上为坎，左下 为离，则代表天地水火，父 母男女之意，也正象征民族 的融合与国家的发展。
