利用ANSYS进行断裂分析

初次试做断裂分析,希望有这方面经验的高手能发表些经验之谈!这个模型由两种材料组成:表面镀层为铝,基底为钢。目的是对表面镀层的剥离过程进行分析。目前这个模型是个假想的简化模型,初步目标是实现剥离过程的模拟。

裂纹扩展是通过接触单元生死功能实现的。基层和镀层由接触单元连接,然后通过断裂判断准则确定要杀死的失效的接触单元。

第一版(没有加断裂判断准则,强行逐个杀死界面接触单元):
