Abstract. The nickel coatings and diamond tools were fabricated. The effects of ultrasonic agitation on tool fabrication processes were analyzed. Alumina grinding experiments were carried out and grinding ratios were calculated. During buildup process, some buildup time is needed to obtain sufficient thickness of nickel coating before ultrasonic agitation is applied. During tool fabricating process, appropriate application of ultrasonic agitation is important.(摘要字数一般大于100 words,避免应用表达式、符号、上下标等)

Introduction

Usually, nickel coatings were used as the bond of electroplated diamond tools. Wear characteristics, residual stresses and fatigue strength of nickel electrodeposits in ultrasonically agitated bath were reported [1-3]. After above treatment, the adhesive strength between substrate and coating was enhanced [4]. (注意,文献的引用不用上标形式)

The concentration of abrasive indicates the volume content of abrasive in tools [5]. It is convenient to measure the grain density of electroplated diamond tools. The purpose of this study is to provide the appropriate application method of ultrasonic agitation on the electroplated diamond tool fabrication processes.(注意,每一部分的第一段不缩进,第二段缩进。论文不要加页码)Experimental

Electroplating solution contained NiSO4·6H2O of 250 g/L and NiCl2·6H2O of 35 g/L. The frequency of ultrasonic was 40 kHz. The size of substrate was φ6 mm⨯40 mm. Ceramic of 95Al2O3was ground with spindle rotation speed of 5800 r/min.

The material properties are listed in Table 1. For a simplified calculation, the set of alternatives is composed of hardness H v and fracture toughness K Ic. Tool wear and material removal of workpiece were measured with TG328B type analytical balance.
