1.本公司(包括子公司和協力廠商)特此保證:提供給貴公司之產品或部件中，決不包含以下所列物質並

符合RoHS規範限用物質含量標準。

Our company (Including subsidiary company and sub-contractor)hereby warrants and represents that: For all products and their components we have provided OSE，they contain no substances shown on the list below and are in full compliance with the RoHS Directive.

2.本公司如有違反本聲明書之標準或承諾，導致貴公司及其客戶遭受訴追或請求或於海關驗貨時遭受

損失，本公司同意以自己之費用維護貴公司及其客戶免於任何不利益，包含但不限於顧問費、律師費、訴訟費、和解金或其他損害賠償或損失。

Our company agrees to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify OSE and its customers from any and all claims or litigation arising out of or all losses and damages incurred during Customs inspection or related to ou r company’s failure to comply with any of warranties and representations provided hereunder, including, without limitation, all consultation fees, attorney’s fees, litigation expenses,

awards, and any damages arising out of or related to any such claims or litigation.
