【氨基葡萄糖介绍】氨基葡萄糖（Glucosamine）的作用：氨基葡萄糖（Glucosamine）是一种人体用来制造粘多糖的氨基酸组合分子结构。

氨基葡萄糖集中于关节软骨处，首先形成长链氨基酸粘多糖，然后形成更大的结构——蛋白聚糖。

蛋白聚糖的作用是吸收水分和液体到关节处用来在运动时润滑软骨。

氨基葡萄糖与关节健康有什么关系？骨关节炎是一种关节退行性疾病，是由于关节部位覆盖骨骼末端的软骨发生退化，造成骨骼与骨骼发生直接摩擦产生慢性炎症的一种病症。

软骨一旦损毁，骨头的尾端就暴露出来，引起关节僵硬和肿胀，从而导致关节部位发生螺旋性疼痛，并最终导致关节活动能力丧失。
