一、教材分析本单元的核心教学项目是“如何购物”,整个教学内容主要围绕“How much is it”这个话题展开,以此为语言背景,让学生通过4个课时的学习来感知There be 结构,初步掌握本单元的语法项目--There be 结构的用法。

本单元的一个突出特点是:功能项目与语法项目是统一的。

功能项目是如何用There be 结构来描述事物,它的语法项目是以功能项目为依托的。

本课是本单元的第四课时,即重点学习语法要点。

它通过图片,对话表演及描述图片等活动,巩固学生运用There be 结构表达实际需要的技能,本课意图不仅仅是让我们把它定位在复习巩固的要求上,而是希望通过这一课,使学生能把本单元的功能项目与语法项目达到真正的统一,从而达到学以致用,培养用英语进行交际的能力。

在运用英语的过程中掌握其用法。

澄江县职业高级中学杨丽娟Unit 3 How much is it?(第二课时教学设计)一、教材分析1.教学内容本课时系教材《英语1》(基础模块高教版)第三单元的第二课时,授课材料为Listening and speaking中的Dialogue B,具体内容包括:关于商品信息的词汇、买卖商品活动中售货员和顾客展开的对话,如售货员接待顾客、介绍商品有无及折扣,顾客询问商品价格、表达购买数量等内容。

以上内容为本单元听说课的教学重点,也为学生学以致用的语言表达活动提供了语言铺垫。

同时,本课时的教学内容为学生完成单元任务——运用本课所学知识举办一次旧书展卖会做出语言和行为示范。

2.教学重点、难点⑴教学重点通过顾客与售货员之间对话的学习,学生能自如地询问商品信息,表达购物需求,并恰当回应。

⑵教学难点学生运用提高听力效果的策略——以表格形式记录关键信息。
