人称代词分为主格和宾格，可代人和物.

例句：

1、主格=主语：表示谁怎么样了、干什么了.

I am a student. You are fun.

He is a boy. They are girls.

2、宾格=宾语：表示动作行为的对象.

Let me have a look.

Let's go(=Let us go).

物主代词是表示“～的”和“～的东西”的意思.

比如你说“那是我的篮球”：That is my basketball.

这里的my是一个形容词性物主代词，它只是作一个形容词用，后面必须再跟一个具体表示某个东西的名词，这里就是这个basketball（篮球）.

而如果你说“那个篮球是我的”：That basketball is mine.
