外贸英语函电课程标准
1.课程概述1.1课程定位《外贸英语函电》课程是国际经济与贸易专业的专业核心课程,本课程要求学生通过大量的技能训练把基础英语技能和外贸英语知识有机地结合起来,从而使学生具备撰写国际商务英语函电的能力。
本课程以进出口贸易的磋商与履行程序为主线,重点介绍外贸英文书信的基本格式,写作的基本原则与要求,进出口贸易各环节函电磋商中常用的词汇、表达与句型。
通过具体信例的讲解、大量的实训练习,使学生具备英文商业书信的阅读与书写能力,为从事对外贸易与国际商务工作打下基础。
建议本课程的先修课程有大学英语、应用文写作和国际贸易概论,后续课程有国际贸易综合实训。
1.2 课程设计思路(一)总体设计思路此课程主要以交际式教学法,以启发教学为主,练习为辅,引导自学方式培养自学能力、合作精神,增强竞争意识,提高交流水平。
例如,讲解课文,可采用从头至尾,以启发式提问等方式引入课题的串讲式;或将重点词汇提出讲解,并给出例子翻译的精讲式。
(二)课程设置依据根据学院的办学定位和国际经济与贸易专业的人才培养方案,旨在培养热爱社会主义祖国、拥护党的基本路线;在具有扎实的英语语言基础和系统的国际商务知识、国际贸易以及外贸电商的基本理论和专门知识的基础上,重点掌握从事本专业领域实际工作的基本能力和基本技能;适应涉外经济部门生产、建设、管理、服务第一线所需的传统国际贸易操作、跨境电商平台操作与国际商务管理的应用型高级技能专门人才。
在国际经济与贸易专业的培养规格中,要求学生熟悉贸易术语、外贸业务英语、国际市场营销、国际贸易法规、贸易合同等基础知识;掌握国际贸易实务、国际商务函电、国际商务谈判、外贸单证、外贸跟单、外贸业务、报关、报检等专业知识;具备外贸函电写作的技能,并于在校期间取得BEC剑桥商务英语初级(中级)证书方可毕业。
因此,国际经济与贸易专业确定本门课程为专业课。
(三)编排组织思路本课程采取项目化模式组织教学,根据外贸函电的主要学习领域来设计完成学习领域需要进行的项目和任务。
外贸英语函电——PBL教学模式
教学要求
该课程分课堂授课与实训课相结合,采 用PBL教学模式。课堂授课学时为36学时,实 训课学时为16学时, PBL 讨论课为20学时。 期末成绩将根据PBL教学模式要求进行考 核,根据期末考试成绩、课堂出勤率、课堂 参与度、小组讨论开展情况、对项目的贡献 率、最终报告完成情况等评定最终学习成绩。
二、 注重课程与企业的关联度
本课程从设立之日起就与企业有很高的关联度, 体现 在教学内容、 教学团队、 教学资源等方面 1在课程内容的选取上,针对学生未来就业岗位群的要 求,企业经常开展什么样的外贸活动,我们就以这些活动的 策划与组织规范为教学内容,为企业培养实用人才。在安排 具体的教学内容时,借鉴和参考相关企业员工岗位标准和内 训资料,使教学内容与企业高度相关,缩短课 堂与企业的 距离。
一、 注重学生职业能力培养
针对行业发展需要整合教学模块、序化教学任务,针 对学生未来的就业岗位实际需要突出技能点训练。通过对 企业各种外贸活动的分析研究,课程组把课程内容整合为 装扮外贸业务员、银行、保险、物流、海关、涉外礼仪6项 任务,在任务之下提炼出支撑任务的主要技能点。 此外,本课程在注重岗位技能训练的同时,注重素质 培养目标,关注学生情商的培养,通过教学内容的合理编 排和教学过程中的训练体验,提升学生的沟通能力和团队 合作精神。

《外贸英语函电》课程教学大纲学分:4学时:55适用专业:商务英语一、课程性质(定位)与任务课程性质:本课程是针对高职高专商务英语专业学生开设的一门主干专业英语必修课,侧重于教授学生如何用英语进行商务信函的写作。
在以实例教学的前提下,对英语函电的一般格式、常用词汇、习惯表达法进行规律性的总结,对英语函电的写作趋向进行分析。
从英语教学的角度出发,本课程是和外贸相结合的一门英语实务课,是用于解决目前英语学习中学生普遍存在的较高的语言知识和低下的语用能力之间矛盾的辅助手段之一。
课程目标:通过本课程系统的学习,学生能熟练掌握国际贸易业务流程及往来英文函电的基本写作技巧,同时熟悉国际贸易实务中涉及的单证和外贸术语及各种专业词汇,为学生将来从事外贸工作,运用函电有效的进行业务联络、沟通、磋商、交易奠定坚实基础, 力求把学生培养成“商务+英语”的应用型外经贸商务专门人才。
前导课程:综合英语、商务英语、英语写作、国际贸易实务,外贸单证。
前导课程为学生学习本门课程奠定基础,获取语言技能及外贸基本理论。
后续课程:行业实习、毕业实习。
二、课程目标知识目标:要求学生系统地学习和掌握外贸英语函电的格式、专业词汇、行文方法与文体特点,熟练掌握函电写作知识与技能。
技能目标:紧扣商务英语“语言+技能”的专业定位,让学生不仅会写商务英文函电更能结合商务环境灵活运用。
同时根据外贸行业的岗位要求对学生进行模拟实训,使得学生具备一线实务操作能力,能够胜任各种外贸业务。
素质目标:要求学生具有热爱劳动、吃苦耐劳、遵纪守时、敬业爱岗、认真负责、积极主动、踏实肯干、团结协作、开拓创新、严谨求实等职业道德,以及文献检索、语言表达、论文写作、组织协调、自我学习、提出问题、分析问题、解决问题、操作技能等综合能力同时塑造学生从事外贸行业的商务人文素养及跨文化交际的能力。
