风险无处不在，对于潜在的风险，所有公司企业都必须时刻保持清醒的认和防范，在内控风险管理问题上的不管大小、重要与否的每一个细节疏忽都有可能会导致企业公司产生重大经济损失乃至严重后果。内部控制风险管

理就是以风险识别、评估为基础，管理和防范风险、分析和创设实施内部控制的过程，目的就是要把风险降到最低，降到公司企业可以能够承受的范围之内，以此来实现企业的定下的企业目标。企业生存发展和实现企业目标的关键前提就是是否能够在风险发生以前建立好有效的管理机制和控制手段。现代企业持续发展的保障和企业发展的要求和必然趋势就是强化风险管理，以提高管理水平和企业竞争力，从而创建优良的风险管理现代化企业。使用以风险管理为基础的内部控制模式制度符合了现代化企业发展的方向与需求。本篇文文首先从风险管理、内部控制基础概念、理论出发，对内部控制、风险管理的理念进行了陈述讲解。然后根据内部控制和风险管理的相关理论，对青岛海昊广告有限公司内部控制、风险管理中存在的问题和原因进行研究探讨,提出青岛海昊广告有限公司加强提升内控风险管理的必要性。

Abstract

Risk is everywhere, for potential risks, all companies must keep sober in the recog niti on and p reve nti on, internal con trol and risk man ageme nt issues, regardless of the size of an imp orta nt and not every detail of n eglige nee may lead to sig ni fica nt econo mic losses and eve n corpo rate serious con seque nces. Internal con trol risk man ageme nt is the risk ide ntificati on and evaluati on as the foun dati on, man ageme nt and risk pr eve nti on, an alysis and imp leme nt pr ocess of i nternal con trol, the purp ose is to mini mize the risk, dow n to the company with in the scope can be able to bear, i n order to achieve bus in ess set bus in ess goals. The key p remise of the survival and devel opment of enterp rises and the realizati on of the goal of the enterp rise is whether it can establish effective man ageme nt mecha nism and con trol means before the risk occurs. The guara ntee of the susta in able devel opment of moder n enterp rises and the requireme nt of en ter prise devel opment and the in evitable trend is to stre ngthe n the risk man ageme

ntto imp rove the man ageme ntlevel and the comp etitive ness of enterp rises, thus creat ing a good risk managementof modern enterprises. The use of risk management as the

basis of the in ternal con trol system in line with the directi on of moder n enterp rise devel opment and dema nd. The n accord ing to the theory of i nternal con trol and risk man ageme nt, the study on the p roblems and causes of Qin gdao sea Hao Advertisi ng Co. Ltd, i nternal con trol, risk man ageme nt, prop osed the Qin gdao sea Hao Advertis ing Co. Ltd. to enhance the n ecessity of internal con trol risk man ageme nt.
