1. 认真审图，列出要点
看图作文的关键，在于看懂图画内容，理解 画面意思，因此考生须仔细观察每幅图画所 描绘的情景，深刻理解作者通过图画所传达 的信息，列出写作的要点。历年NMET书面 表达大都具备6个左右的描述要点。然后再 根据以上所列要点扩点成句，扩句时考生要 注意图画所给的时间背景，正确使用人称、 时态和语态。最后组句成文。
好开头:
In our daily life, some great disasters frequently happen not because of something big but something small.
妙结尾：
We can conclude from the above examples that nothing is small in our life . Any behavior of carelessness or a small fault will result in great damage or disaster. So we should be very strict with ourselves and learn to be responsible and careful in our life and work.

This is a satirical cartoon which describes vividly a kind of common phenomenon facing many children. As we all know, many families have only one child, so parents put much expectation on children. They want to equip their children with all kinds of knowledge and skills so that children can be well prepared for the challenges of the future. In my opinion, spare-time training courses are a waste of time for many students. They might do better when they show interest in what they are learning students shouldn’t be forced to do what they are not willing to, and when learning is fun, surely they will do better than expected!

Part III 个人观点（做法）
• Nowadays, in China this is a common phenomenon, which is deeply rooted in the education system. What we need to do is make some immediate changes. The society, schools and families shouldn’t put too much pressure on children and should give them enough time to take part in social activities. Only in this way can children be set free and live a happy life.

What is really shown in the picture is the fact that children are faced with more and more homework and higher level of stress of study, and are tired both physically and mentally. They are too young to put up with this . Parents and teachers push the children to memorize pieces of information aimlessly, which does great harm to them both physically and mentally.
As is shown in the picture, a woman carrying a child is standing on the bus, struggling to keep a balance. The people sitting on the seats pretend to look out of the windows, wearing an indifferent expression on the face, which leaves the woman helpless. As is betrayed in the drawing above, standing in the middle of the bus is a mother carrying a child, who is ignored by the other passengers seated on their own seats. There is a picture which shows us a true scene on a bus.What we can see from the picture is that a mother with a baby in her arms is standing dangerously while all the people on the bus ignore her as if nothing is associated with themselves.
