内蒙古经济实力竞争力的评测——主成分分析的应用

在当今全球经济和社会的快速发展中城市处于特别重要的位置，城市的经济实力竞争力已经成为整个经济体系的重心个关键所在，一个城市经济实力竞争力的差异，不但是各地区经济发展出现差异的缘故，也是一个城市经济是否得以快速发展的原因，自从进入21世纪以来，内蒙古自治区的经济得以快速的发展经济实力竞力也有明显的加强。本文通过运用主成份分析法，内蒙古自治区作为西部12省、市、区之一和五大民族地区，内蒙古自治区的经济实力竞争力发展水平的提升,对我国的经济发展和国家的经济稳定起着十分重要的作用。同时,内蒙古自治区作为我国的资源大区，伴随着经济实力的迅猛发展和投资迅速增长，人均收入也有显著的提高．内蒙古自治区已经成为西部地区快速发展的又一个新的亮点。本文通过以地区经济实力竞争力评价体系为基础，通过运用多元统计分析中的主成分分析方法并利用“综合评价函数”，对内蒙古自治区进行地区经济实力竞争力评价。分析结果表明，内蒙古自治区的经济实力竞争力在西部省、市、自治区中处于偏上的位置；城镇居民的人均收入支出情况也相对比较稳定，城镇居民的生活比较安逸舒适，农村居民生活水平处于西部地区人民生活水平的前列，生活相对比较富裕。

Abstract

In this paper, by using the method of principal component analysis, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the western 12 provinces, city, district and one of the five major ethnic minority area, the economic development level of competitiveness of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region promote economic stability, the economic development of our country and nation plays an important role in. At the same time, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as China's big resource area, along with the rapid growth of the rapid development of economy and investment, per capita income has increased significantly. The Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has also become a

new bright spot in the rapid development of the western region. Based

on the regional economic competitiveness evaluation system as the basis, using the principal component analysis method of multivariate statistical analysis and the use of "comprehensive evaluation function", evaluate the competitiveness of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region regional economy. The analysis results show that, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region's economic competitiveness in the western province, city, autonomous region in the upper positions; the per capita income

and expenditure of urban residents is relatively stable, the urban residents living more comfortable, the living standards of rural residents
